★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a poor experience with another vet, I chose Briarwood based on these reviews and I'm so glad I did - they were fantastic and my new puppy loved being there! Everyone at Briarwood made my pup feel like a million bucks. Dr. Kate was extremely courteous, open to discussion and ultimately cared about my opinion and doing what's best for my pup. Thank you, we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here as a child. The late 1980's I think. My Mom trusted Briarwood with both of our cats. We never went anywhere else.
Present day, now I've had my own animals. I've been to multiple animal shelters and had bad experiences, been made to wait multiple times well over an hour for appointments, been left with feelings of having my love for my dog manipulated via guilt for money and even been given improper diagnosis which I think cheated us of 2 more years with our last Flora a Doberman.
Briarwood feels more mom and pop shop. I've been given free advice over little things I was worried about due to lack of knowledge. Sure it's probably a little more expensive than some places in the short term. Long term it's cheaper because they aren't manipulators, the docs are well knowledged, giving proper diagnosis. Better on my stess levels, helping fast, quick appointments, not much wait time. Last and most important to me, better for the health of my animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my cat started having medical issues, I read many reviews to try and find him the best care possible. I am so glad I chose Briarwood. Each staff member I have spoken with has been professional and caring. Doctor Harrison is so kind and took a lot of time to fully explain Milo's condition in terms I could understand. Even just speaking over the phone, I could tell how much she cares for animals and I feel so comforted knowing that Milo is in the best hands. Our animals are our family and it feels good to know that this team understands that bond and will treat your animal with the love and care they deserve. Thank you Briarwood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a client for just about a year and, with a 15 year old dog, was there often. After each visit, I left feeling more and more confident knowing that Charlie had received the best possible care from the knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Yesterday, I had to make the visit that every pet owner dreads. And, while it was very, very sad, what could have been a devastatingly traumatic experience was made so much easier by kindness, gentleness and empathy. Dr. Morganti was (and is) beyond awesome, as were staff members Selina and Desiree. My only regret is that I didn't discover this remarkable place sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Briarwood since I moved to the area. One of the best care facilities for your pet in the Hamilton / Stoney Creek area. Staff are friendly and considerate. One of my pups passed away and they took care of receiving my pups ashes and sending condolences as well. Thanks for all the great care!
