★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our cat to this clinic. The doctor (Dr Balvir Virdi) is very rude and doesn't like being asked ANY QUESTION. On being asked what "as per his medical experience" what he thinks the problem is he replied "I am not a psychic or magician' to give you answer. Then my wife asked another very basic question about loss of appetite to which he said "you have too many questions and concerns pl do Google research". Then I asked that I looked up something on internet & found this solution to which ironically he said "either follow what I recommend or do your own research" My idea of visiting a medical professional is to get medical advice or answers which is what you will NOT get here. Will definitely not recommend. please do not take your beloved pets here. All this while me and my wife stayed calm and did not say anything to him for his extremely rude behaviour. If a doctor is having problems from the questions being asked by patients then what is the point of these people being doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe to say this was my first time and will be my last time at this vet. I went to this place accompanied by someone else for my 14 week old pups shot. we had been there previous twice for an emergency and for the second set of shots, while I was hesitant because my dog seemed to literally hate the doctor I thought, possible she would warm up to them, as she got older she started to get a little nippy as the doctor never tried to warm up to her or generally build some kind of a connection with my pup. By far this was the worst experience, we came to the place and he tried to check her heart beat immediately and after no success as she wouldn't be still, he put a muzzle on a PUPPY and told us that she needs to be properly socialized and take puppy classes due to her aggression. Keep in mind we have been socializing her with humans and has no problem with anyone else but them, no dog likes going to the vet and they think dogs will sit still when someone is giving them a jab. Some rude remarks were made in my opinion as my mother was just trying to ask questions and was shocked with how they mistreated my dog. If you're going to be a vet, then don't be scared of a puppy, simple as that. The doctor seems to have no interest with animals and dogs can feel that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always polite and friendly service. Melanie at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with and gave me several pointers to dealing with my giant breed dog, as she has one as well.
They took my on an emergency visit right away when my dog had a fly larva coming out a over her eye. They fixed her up, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.
My only complaint (which is minor), would be that they don’t call you to remind you of getting in. It’s up to you to keep a schedule. But the bells and whistles of other places also come with a higher price tag.
When I needed to board my dog and couldn’t find a record of her vaccinations, I called over and they emailed them within 10 minutes.
I am very happy to be bringing my dog here. And they are around the corner, so no complaints there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are absolutely amazing they took care of my kitty and where very accommodating to the needs of her and myself ❤️ They are always friendly when I go in and they care about our fur babies??? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 126 pound lab/pitbull. Very hard to control but was able to have him looked after quickly. The doctor was very good with him while my dog would not stay still and tried to hump the doctor the whole time. Have gotten 4 cats neutered there and 5 to go. Even working 65 hrs a week the clinic makes time to see my pets. Thanks Gray's I will be back next week.
