Was the lady at the store front ever helpful, gave me pamphlets and tons of info. Even said they have samples of new proteins if I was unsure about buying something particular. My new favorite pet store!

I was impressed by their customer service and knowledge of products, answering all my questions and pointing me in the right direction. I even recieved a sample of 2 different products they carry at no charge. I really appreciated the time and effort that was given to myself and my puppy today!!

Not only are the prices on point (and in some cases better than others), the ladies are friendly and the stock is plentiful! I buy raw food for my dogs and due to stock issues at other stores I ended up here, I'm so glad I did. I will absolutely be back for my dogs because I know that I will get the info I need at the prices I want, with excellent service. Thank you Jan! Harley loved her visit as well ?

We get raw food for our lab Molly as well as our sweet little lady Louisiana who we just adopted a from them as well. Their adoption services are great and they always have someone in need of a good home there. Nice atmosphere and great location. Go check them out and bring your pet children in for a visit!
K	Kim O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolutely wonderful place! I was going to Lotus Thai and happened to just pop in to this store to see what it was all about. So glad I did!! I was met by a wonderful woman who had so much knowledge about a dog's diet and protein regimens. She gave me an abundance of wonderful samples of dog foods to try with my dog. Usually when a store gives samples, you might get one or two and sometimes you even have to pay for it - I was given twelve sample pouches and out of that, two of them are enough for at least three to four feedings each. I am so very impressed and am so happy to finally feed my dogs properly and give them the best nutrients/quality of life possible. My one dog has many skin issues and has been on the same veterinary diet for over a year. I am so excited to use these new samples, some of which are Canadian based ????, to see how it helps my little guy but also gives him a variety of flavours. I will definitely be back to this store. They also sell raw diet, which I don't use and was very pleased that it was not pushed on me either. Some places make you feel guilty and like a bad fur parent for not choosing raw. This was the opposite experience. Raw is not for everyone and I am just glad it wasn't pushed on me, instead she helped me find foods that were still wonderful for my dog but in a kibble format. If you have an animal, you have to visit this location - you won't be disappointed. ???

They are on a first name basis with their returning customers and always have the orders ready for pick up with no hassles. I make large orders and have never had any issues with service or the quality of food. Meat is Canadian made and supporting this store is supporting our country. This is a small business and with the current restrictions needs the community to come together and support their store. Do what's right, stop purchasing from major stores like pet smart and bring your business to these ladies.

I always enjoy going in to the store and chatting with the owner and her daughter. Just amazing people who have a pet food store because they care about animals. They have supported Dream Team Search Rescue and Recovery many times with donated food which we pass along to the less fortunate and homeless of Hamilton. It's nice to see a store care about their community as well. These ladies are all heart and very knowledgeable, you are in good hands.
