★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is nice on the face but on your back, discuss situations and make fun of it. Rudeness at its best. Brutal unforgettable experience. They mismatched me with a return happened in the past. They treated me based on that brutally and took a baby bird's life. Jessica, Julie, Barb and Sandy. OMG!!!!! no words to explain their strategies of explaining things that change in each conversation. Brutal and disgusting conversation within these ladies!!! They sell abused, scared, unhealthy, birds. Folks to be careful with the cost of birds, extremely ripping off people. They will ask to bring back dead body of pet for a no refund so called policy. OMG!!!! unbelievable.... Will never step into this store ever!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly. My daughter loved watching the birds ?. A staff member was very kind and carried out dog food to my car..not sure how I planned to manage the baby and a 40lb bag of food..greatful she was there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mismatched me with a past return and treated me brutally. That shows their poor health quality of birds because somebody must have returned the bird recently. All employees been told by manager and owner tell the lady bring the dead bird body back they don't believe me!!!!! terrifying!!!!!check pictures below. Jessica personally doesn't believe me that bird is dead. They are playing around with their own assumptions and holding some grudges that sacrificed a baby bird's life. Their business is to ripping off people and poor quality breed, sick, abused, traumatic, depressed lovebirds. Mine died in a week, called in store many times, no help, hanged up every time, no one listen to my situation. Be careful when adopting a bird at this location on Barton street, stoney creek. They don't stand behind the health of pets and extremely poor health quality on pets. They are the owners of taking little lives to make money and separating sibling birds who get depressed after homing it. Disgusting!!!! No words to express their greediness, God is watching!!!!!! it's not a matter of MONEY!!! it's a matter of "SAVING A LIFE"
