John has come to know our little Brynnley quite well and somehow manages to keep track of what we choose to feed her versus what we stay away from due to allergies. He's caught that more than once while we're looking at new treats; saving our poor girl from a very unwanted allergy exposure. Of course, he's always able to find an alternative too. We really enjoy visiting JTPets in the famer's market; but we're equally pleased with the level of service we've received through delivery. Honestly, I had no idea I could have such a fondness for a pet product retailer, but I certainly do! We give all of our business to JTPets and don't hesitate to send our friends and family there as well; because we know they'll be well taken care of. Thanks JTPets! You're the best! ?

After several weeks of illness, repeated vet visits and endless tests, our awesome vet at Bronte Animal Hospital confirmed a new allergy has developed. So after talking through the options and watching the documentary "Pet fooled" on Prime video we made the decision to switch to raw food. JT pets has not only supplied us with Iron will raw, the very best raw food on the market, but John also made the delivery himself and has been available for questions each step of the way. We are constantly blown away by his knowledge and unparalleled level of customer service. JT pets has our business for life, and we strongly encourage every pet owner to make the same choice for their own furry family members.
