★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is over the moon with happiness now that they are open for in store shopping again!! She would get so mad at me when we would go and she would have to stay in the car while I did Curbside pick Up. The staff has been amazing through this difficult time. They have always been very helpful and polite but its at times like this, when customers become even more frustrated with life and take it out on the little guy, that you really see that something special shining through. Thanks Rens Waterdown for having such a great staff!

I was approached by an associate there, Divyam, who offered his assistance and then spent much time and much interest in my endeavours. He was patient, pleasant, helpful, friendly, and very comfortable to discuss my issues with. He really is an asset to this organization and I appreciate his professionalism and support. I will return to this franchise and location because of his fantastic customer service. Thank you Divyam.
