N	Neil Moir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're just looking for a cleaning - go see Dori. She is fantastic. Have been seeing her for 5+ years now. Unfortunately I wouldn't go here for any other dental work. I'm sure they do a fine job, but the current dentist seems to not care. He saw me for about 15 seconds total and I have pretty bad teeth that need some work. They also frequently book you in for the wrong work. They tell you what your next appt is for, but when you arrive they're doing something else that day and you'll have to come back a 3rd and 4th time to ever get a single issue resolved. Not sure if genuine mistakes or just trying to upcharge insurance, but definitely not a good experience.

They have had my $600 for 9 days now and keep giving me the run around to get it back which is completely unfair and unprofessional so PLEASE BEWARE if making a deposit here it will be a nightmare getting your refund ? I highly recommend this place, today was my first visit and I was nervous about a lot of different things but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. The hygienist I had was so kind and gentle I have a couple of sensitive teeth and she took her time cleaning them and explained everything in the process and really made me feel relaxed. The staff here is amazing and really kind and they are the only dentist that I’ve contacted in months that take ODSP and would actually help me. I contacted several dentists and nobody would help me until I was fortunate enough to come in contact with Paramount Dentistry , so I’m extremely grateful for them and their generosity. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit

Was a pretty quick in and out appointment and staff seemed friendly. Spoke mainly with Julie, one of the ladies at the front desk and she was very helpful. Thank you!
S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff is fantastic the male dentist however "fixed a cavity " and I left in more pain then I came in with. Went back to have it looked at for a second time and was told to give it another 2 weeks. After no improvement went back to get it redone where I waited 30 minutes to be seen and walked out. Extremely unimpressed. Power went out while having work done and there was no back up generator, very unprofessional.

New adhesive was applied and reinserted. Service was fast relatively pain free as dentist visits go and the results were fantastic.

Getting in contact with them was very simple and easy which made for a smooth experience. I am so happy to have found such a nice dentist. Every person who assisted my visit exceeded my expectations and it was just such a nice experience. Thank you
