Other than the young woman behind the first reception desk who rolled her eyes at having to do some work, all of the other staff were extremely polite and even friendly. The doctor was thorough and even called me the next day to confirm the radiologist agreed with his diagnosis. Also to ask how I was feeling. This is the best experience I've had at any of Hamilton's walk in clinics or urgent care centers.

As an expecting mom with pain and full bladder waited for 3 hours , and when I asked the nurse there , she was being super rude and telling me they don't do ultrasound and go somewhere else... I hope the person who is responsible for this hospital read people's reviews and bring some changes to this place and then call it urgent care So disappointed!!!

Disgraceful to speak of a patient where they can hear the non-medical discussion about yourself. The doctor refused to help me. I've been sick for over a week and tested negative for covid. I was in need of antibiotics to help rid me of whatever is ailing me. I explained repeatedly that I can be hospitalized if this isn't dealt with sooner than later due to my already existing medical condition. I was told "you can come back whenever you need to!". Due to my condition I've been doing this longer than most of these nurses and young doctors. I have had to know my body and what it needs better than these "professionals" but because I don't have "Dr." in front of my name I clearly have no idea what im talking about. Pathetic urgent care.
D	Dank Souls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors super rushed and doesn’t really communicate or have patience to hear you out, wait times are atrocious but that’s to be expected, nurses are generally nice. Their bathrooms have single ply toilet paper and that’s just a crime against humanity.

l	lAlucardl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is completely unorganized, unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing. I took my spouse here because she was having pains in her side that needed to be diagnosed. Dropped her off at 1pm and waited until 5pm to see a doctor. They diagnose her and tell her that they think that there’s an issue with her ovaries and will need and ultrasound. Unfortunately the ultrasound department is closed so they handed her some forms in and envelope and told her to go to a merge at St Joes to get the ultrasound. So we follow their instructions and take her to St Joes merge and had to wait AGAIN through the merge before seeing another doctor. After 4 hours of waiting to see a doctor, we were told that this urgent care gave the wrong instructions and that we needed to take this envelope directly to the ultrasound department. Their poorly instructed process forced us to go through the entire merge process all over. After seeing the doctor at St Joes, we are told that the doctor at this place actually diagnosed her wrong! The pain she indicated was nowhere near her ovaries and it was much higher. This urgent care not only does not understand the basic process but their doctors don’t understand basic anatomy and should be unqualified to be considered doctors. On top of this, we heard that three other people this in the merge were instructed with the same garbage instruction. Do not go here and do not seek medical advice from the doctors. A complete waste of people’s time that could be fixed with just some competence.

My experience personally and for friends and family that I've brought here over the years has been nothing short of excellent whether the medical issue has been minor or major. Yes you usually have to wait but generally a reasonable length of time given the variety of issues that they treat. Thanks for being there when we need you and keep up the good work.

Everyone took great care of my problem and I even had an awesome talk with the RN treating me, it was great!
