T	Tina N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the first time today. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The receptionist was pleasant and kind. I saw Dr Shasha Jr and he was absolutely lovely. He was polite and was attentive to what I had to say regarding my reasons for being there today. I would definitely go back! The only thing was that I waited 2 hours to see the Dr. Other than that, it was worth the wait considering everyone was friendly
C	Cory H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes when only 5 patients were ahead of me. The doctor gave more time and attention to others and when he saw me he seemed very rushed. I had a few concerns about my health but the doctor insisted that I only bring up one complaint at a time because he was tired. This is not how a doctor should be. He rushed me and quickly only prescribed simple medicine and sent me out under 10 minutes. Very unprofessional, just as the other reviews say they are building quite the bad rep.

S	Soo Maharaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Farkad Shasha (Junior) and Dr. Faras Shasha (Senior) are REALLY GREAT doctors!! Junior is my GP but if he is not there, his wonderful brother (senior) is equally attentive! Both of them are excellent listeners, they NEVER rush me, and I find them to be quite thorough in their diagnosis and treatment of my ailments thus far. Both have a very pleasant demeanour and are funny, calm people who take care of their patients quite well. Their sense of humour helps at all touchpoints! I am glad they stayed in Port Credit and did not move! Their new walk in clinic and pharmacy is a nice setup! Hooray! I'm so glad I can go in there even in times of covid and get help like I did this past weekend. Wait time was about an hour - not more which was impressive. Lot's of free covered parking (excellent in winter!!) and I hope in time they will have email service for their patients. Dr. Shasha Senior's son is one of 2 pharmacists there and he was helpful to me too in explaining the meds that I needed to take etc. I would highly recommend both of them to my friends and family! Just great doctors and nice folks too!

I get that COVID-19 is here, but I don't go to the doctor to be treated like I have the plague. She would barely come near me. She only checked my throat (which is part of why I was there) when I asked. Prior to that she diagnosed me through questions only (which I could have done over the phone). I rarely go to the doctor. Only when I know something is up. I know my body and I know that I am not well right now. And yet I am home now, after having been told to "wait it out" by a doctor who seemed uninterested in understanding what is going on for me, diagnosing me, or giving me any sort of advice or direction. She seemed interested in staying 6 feet away from me, and little else.
D	Donna MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is listed as a Walk-In Clinic. First of all you have to find it to walk-in! Wanted a prescription renewed. That is all. Waited an hour. Asked the desk how much longer. She said there were 5 people ahead of me. They must have been in examining rooms as they certainly weren’t in the waiting area. I wasn’t prepared to wait another hour (maybe more). Will not go back. Worst experience I have ever had.

Doctor was great, helped me quickly and provided information that was useful to my situation. The pharmacist made me laugh and was so kind. This little walk in clinic has really glowed up!! I'm happy to call this my go-to clinic!! Haven't had an walk-in experience this great in a long time!

He's honestly one of the rarest doctors in Canada who takes the time to really hear you out, and make you feel like your problems matter. I highly highly recommend this clinic and the doctors who work here! The new clinic is so extremely well done and well maintained. I appreciate the pharmacy that is connected to the clinic as they are also very polite, courteous and promptly serve your needs. Thank you for looking after your patients the way you do! Especially during this pandemic!
