I want to go off by saying 1st off thank you so much Britney for helping us. You have made every visits amazing. Helping us and explaining everything in a detailed matter.. We have recommended vision Clinis the vision clinic to many of our friends because of Britney's help. I definitely recommend it to everyone as well to go here and ask for britney to Help. She has amazing customer service and knowledge of the the workplace. Thanks again and so happy we met!

The clinic was clean, and the receptionist was nice and welcoming. However, the female optometrist was somewhat curt and impatient, and the eye exam felt quite rushed which did not make me feel comfortable when I wanted to ask more questions.

Absolutely loved the energy there !!!!! Staff was amazing Brittany helped me out so much . Definitely would recommend anyone to this place to fulfill your optical needs.

We had an awesome experience here! We went to Vision Clinic looking for a quick, easy replacement for my glasses which had been bitten by a dog. We got more than we expected! My new glasses were completely ready within half an hour of picking the frames. Britt was super nice and helped us a lot! Lia was really quick getting the lenses in the frames and adjusting the arms of the glasses. Plus, I ended up with glasses that I love!

I had told a friend I needed new glasses and she suggested I visit Vision Clinic. As someone who enjoys providing great customer service in my work environment, I really appreciate when I am the customer and am treated with a great level of customer service. I had a great experience from the moment I walked into Vision Clinic. Zorana welcomed me into the store on my first visit and even held the door for me as I brought a stroller with me. She was very helpful with picking frames for me based on what I was looking for (price point, colour, style). I felt very comfortable trying them all on (since I can be very indecisive), especially since they were all put aside to be sanitized afterwards. Brittany called me sooner than expected to let me know my glasses had arrived and both her and Max were very helpful upon pickup. They also encouraged me to stop by if I ever need my glasses adjusted. Thank you to this solid team for providing me with a great experience! I highly recommend visiting Vision Clinic!

All around amazing experience. The staff (especially the super sweet girl at the front desk with the beautiful brown, I wish I caught her name!) but, they were all so friendly, & went above & beyond for me. I really want to do a in-depth review but I want people to actually read this so I’ll try to just bullet the main things; •This was my first time at any eye glasses place, the exam was super quick & actually really fun lol •I tried on about 20 pairs of glasses as I’ve never found a pair of any glasses period that have ever looked good on me. •They carefully sanitize every pair I touched, the entire place was very clean and you could really tell how much effort they put into making it that way. •So, after trying on about 20 pairs, I just thought “maybe the really big nerdy style glasses would look good?” So I asked if they had anything like that, & they brought out a box that just came in & I ended up picking up a pair of adorable half frame Fendi glasses with large lenses. IM IN LOVE WITH THEM & worth every single dollar •I had to go in twice for an adjustment (which is always free!) to get one of the lenses popped back in and tightened. • Since it happened 2 times, I decided to buy another pair of glasses to use at home, and wear the Fendi glasses when I go out. I believe I got a 50% discount on the second pair I purchased, which was weeks later. So that was really AWESOME!! •I’ve reviewed a few places but I haven’t for a long time, and wanted to take the time to let others know that this is THE PLACE TO GO for any and all of your needs pertaining to glasses/contacts/etc. 100% you will not regret it!! I will update this review when I get the names of a couple very special employees there’s that absolutely deserve to be mentioned to say the least. THANKYOU GUYS SO MUCH! I’m sure I’ll be seeing you guys soon after the lockdown for some of those awesome prescription colour contacts. (Which unfortunately I was unable to get due to some weird covid restriction, but it’ll be worth the wait) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
