★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently are Clarity Optometry and my experience was amazing.
I am hearing impaired and when I booked my appointment I made sure to let that receptionist know. Due to everyone having to wear a mask it is increasingly harder for me to communicate because read lips.
I was informed that due to the circumstances I would be allowed to bring someone with me that would be able to translate for me if needed.
All of the staff were very patient with me while I had to ask numerous times for people to repeat what they had asked/said to me.
Dr. Garzon was running a bit behind which was fine with me and when I got in to see him I did not feel rushed. I know my appointment took longer for him to complete because he had to talk to my Mom and my Mom had to relay to me what he wanted me to know/do.
I know there are a lot of Doctors that would not have been that patient with this sort of a situation.
For that understanding, patience and compassion will 100% be returning.
A big thank you to all of the staff!

I changed my glasses 2 weeks ago and I needed to adjust them because they were small on me, and the ladies who helped me were very patient and helpful! super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is bus accessible and very visible on the main road. The receptionists were very knowledgeable and Dr.Camilo was very friendly. I felt respected at this clinic and the billing process was easy with no hassles.
Overall - Swift reply for appointments, Great customer service, Wide variety of Glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Garzon has been our eye optometrist for many years because we completely trust his medical decisions and examination assessments.
My husband and I have benefited from his professionalism and knowledge with great confidence. He personally cares so much about ensuring that his patients are well taken care of with his thorough eye examinations, when using the most recent technical equipment available for every patient under his care.
His front line employees are well informed, considerate and very helpful with selecting new frames.
I recommend Clarity with great confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people but if you have a strong prescription I would go elsewhere. I have gone to this place for atleast 4 years and each time I get new glasses I always have problems. This time my increased prescription was too strong to adjust to so they offered me a replacement but I paid a significant amount for each of those lenses and my replacement is definitely of lesser value and quality. I will say they tried to rectify but I am still not happy and don't want to keep complaining....so I review because I am now stuck with $1000 glasses I probably won't wear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always friendly, and always quick turnaround times for both appointments and for prescriptions. I used to avoid my eye care with my previous optometrist, but the staff at Clarity feels more like going to see friends. Would absolutely recommend them.
