We came across fletcher vet & instantly felt welcome even during covid protocol. Niki at the desk is wonderful & the 2 vets who work there are amazing. I was worried about finding a vet that's comfortable with large breeds.. These guys rock & were so good to our boy! J	Jenn Halen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I can sit here and write a novel of all the bad experiences i had with our last place we used to go to for my puppy however, after just one visit with this place I felt so comfortable I felt like they truly cared for my baby and not just my money. After the first day of my baby's treatment he has been so happy and comfortable, Nicki was fantastic she called us the next day to follow up on how our baby is doing. My parents are so happy with the services we were provided and will now be going here for all our regular check ups.

Helpful with medicine instruction and sweet to my boy who made it through his surgery. Thanks to , Dr Apolo Dr. Gilbert Stephanie and Nicky Enjoy the pizza party ?
T	T Rebelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled by the manner in which we were dealt with. This place has zero respect for their customers and for the animals that they pretend to care for! They lied to us during our consultation, telling us that the four of us would be able to be in the room while our dog is put down. Purposely scheduling our appointment for the last of the day, in order to accommodate our needs. Then on the day of, the rude arrogant nurse tells us that my kids will have to stand outside the room and just watch from afar. She was kindly asked to leave us with our thoughts for a moment so we can have a family meeting. Not two minutes into our meeting, she storms back in the waiting area telling us that it’s not gonna happen and we have to leave. My children began to cry uncontrollably, and my ex-wife began pleading with her to please let us still go ahead with the procedure (even with their heartless criteria), as we had prepared ourselves for this day. All to no avail, at which point I began to record the arrogance and ignorance. All of which will be posted on various social media sites. So that anyone who Is interested can see the disgusting manner we were dealt with. My youngest ended up storming out crying. This place deserves to have its doors closed for good. They are heartless, cruel, and disgusting people. Shame on all of you for making an already traumatizing event, absolutely devastating for my poor children.
C	Christie Thorkildsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in this clinic for their handling of our dog's euthanasia appointment yesterday. Diesel has been a member of the family since before the births of both our boys and it was important to us that the family be in the room. We were told if we came at the end of the day we would be accommodated. This was not honoured once we arrived. We addressed the discrepancy with the staff as our boys became upset and started crying, after which we were asked to leave. This was incredibly traumatic for our kids and heart-wrenching for us knowing how much pain our pooch was in. We ended up calling another pet hospital which stayed open late to take us right away and willingly accommodated our request. We will not be recommending this clinic to anyone.

They always go above and beyond when it comes to making sure she is properly cared for. We have never felt pressured into any service or test. With the pandemic, they have always been straightforward when explaining to us who can and can’t come into the clinic during her appointments which was just fine for us as we know she is in very caring hands.

Clinic is bright and clean, staff are attentive and absolutely lovely, clinic cat is very friendly (not to mention gorgeous - just look at those eyes ?)! We are thrilled to have finally found a vet here in Hamilton after several mediocre vet experiences over the past several years.
