Dr Sahota was very kind & answered my many questions. James was patient, as I was very indecisive while choosing my frames. We are looking forward to receiving our new glasses. Thanks for a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our whole family has relied on Dr. Jang and associates for years now. The location being inside the mall provides the convenience of keeping other family members busy as we get our exams done or as we wait for the eye-drops to take effect. The atmosphere and staff make the experience welcoming and easy, along with their commitment to using a variety of methods (text, email, phone) for upcoming appointment reminders and next checkups. I admit, with this digital era and a busy lifestyle, I need the variety of communication to keep me reminded.
Throughout the years, Dr. Jang is sometimes not available for my appointments and other optometrists are offered. I have happily taken up these offers knowing that the clinic prides itself on hiring competent, qualified and friendly staff who can address my concerns, even if it's not Dr. Jang herself. I have not been disappointed by any of these interactions.
I will also add that my son had a wonderful experience at the clinic at around 1yo. We were completely surprized the cooperation he gave the optometrist and her ability to make it comfortable for such a young patient.
Although we certainly hope our vision remains healthy and stable, we know that should any advanced eye care be needed, Dr. Jang and her team will be ready to assist with their expertise and wide area of specialty services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 1st visit to the new location on Rymal Road. The location is clean, welcoming and bright. The inventory of eye glasses is exceptional: a large variety to choose from both in colour and size. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Dr. Jang answered all my questions in ways that I could relate to with regard to cataract surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Jang and her staff to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Jang was standard and not much to note, but I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Sahota! She was kind, made me feel really comfortable, and addressed my direct concerns with care and reassurance. She is also honest and answers all questions without trying to sell me stuff in the process. I left having learned some interesting things about my eye health and how to best take care of it. The receptionists (and I think assistants who conduct some of the tests?) are prompt and friendly as well. Patient too! They always do their best to accommodate appointments, and I appreciate how they were able to immediately squeeze me in for an emergency situation. I intend to keep going to this location/Dr. Sahota for all my eye health stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most thorough eye exam at this clinic! The staff were super friendly, and made my check in / check out experience a great one. Dr. Jang was very knowledgeable during my exam, and really took her time to make sure I got the best care for my eyes.
Highly recommended!
P.S they got some cute glasses as well!
