★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker Maria needs to be fired. Myself along with 3 other friends have had multiple terrible experiences with her. Even when she used to work at the other store which closed on Highway 8 near McDonald’s. We all avoid this Starbucks because of her. Keep your personal life issues separate from work. Have witnessed her and what seems to be her boyfriend getting in arguments, he walks out and she then proceeds to be rude to customers. A shame of an employee for what used to be a company striving on customer satisfaction. I tell everyone I know to stay away from this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best Starbucks I have been to! This location is definitely my preferred one, and I often make the time to go there when I have few others much closer to me.
They are always so pleasant whether it is via drive-thru or in-store. Their recommendations are on point, even for substitutions. I always leave feeling really good because of my interactions and how kind they are. My drinks and foods are always fresh, and I rarely encounter any issues here. I think my order got messed up once (I was not even mad!) but they owned it and went out of their way to make it right unlike other locations where they visibly show their frustration.
Special shout-out to Eric, Bishito (sorry for the misspelling!), Brenda and Dayne for always making my experience that much brighter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to Starbucks! Really friendly, helpful staff with a quick turnaround for delivery and pick-up orders if something is sold-out. I also like the variety of menu options to accommodate different dietary needs (i.e. lactose-free, vegetarian).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has a drive through which is really nice. The inside is also clean. Usually a long line mid day. The five stars is for the great staff. I cut close to their closing most of the time because I work night shift and the young lady at the window today was very sweet. Wish I got her name to thank her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually go to Starbucks but I had a gift card so I thought I'd try it out. I had absolutely no idea what to order or where to even start .....
The Girl working the drive thru this morning suggested the Honey Citrus Mint Tea for my sore throat, and I feel a million times better! She was so helpful and so kind to me, I really felt welcomed! I've never met someone so cheerful in the morning (I'm used to those miserable Tim Hortons workers)
I will absolutely be back to Starbucks but specifically this location because of her! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute awful service. The employees are pleasant to talk to however, they can never get an order right. I have attempted to have a successful Starbucks run four times at this location as it has recently become the closest to my work. I will not try here again. My latte and cappuccinos taste like soil, incorrect food items are given, drive through is terribly slow even before lunch hours. It also doesn’t hurt to read the labels made by mobile orders.
