★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday june 26th 7pm I arrived home to open my order and had found a bowl of dry kale, absloloutly no dressing on what was supposed to be a kale ceaser salad, why was the counter person working alone trying to fill multiple orders...definitely an inadequate staffing issue

A little background here, I previously only contacted Freshii directly to voice my concerns about this particular location. As I travel to Quebec quite often I get to try various other locations of Freshii. Hence my review here, after 3 years+ not trying anything from this location in Stoney Creek and after informing Freshii Corporate directly....this location still likes to rip off the consumer!!
I paid an extra $3.90 for chicken and you know what I got...3 chunks and maybe 3 to 4 scrap size pieces for my $3.90 extra. Nothing has changed in 3 years at this location, whoever owns this franchise is just looking for the quick buck and cares nothing about YOU!
I will never be back again, even though I love other locations who offer a fair bang for the 'expensive ' buck as charged for meals. Truly disappointed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a salad with protein in it and dressing on the side. When it was made, the person put 2 pieces of chicken that were very small and the dressing was put on the salad. The ingredients that were on my salad were very old and browning and not fresh at all. The broccoli was starting to turn brown and made my stomach very upset. Trying to get into contact with the store to get this salad remade if possible but no one picks up the phone.. Maybe i just got the short end of the stick and got stuck with all the gross veggies/lettuce and i understand stuff happens but this salad was a 2/10.
