★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst Freshiis I have been to. I am a big freshii fan and never miss a chance to go there I see it but when I went in, I found their staff without gloves and their owner/manager(his name was Rana) constantly shouting to someone over the call and being totally unprofessional. I find that a complete disregard for customer service and whoever he was talking to. To make my experience worse, the food I ordered was disgusting and tasted like something that was expired.
DO NOT VISIT THIS FRESHII.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, the portion size was so small compared to any other freshii. It was very salty and the kale was wilted. The man helping us was extremely rude. I have never had such a bad experience before where I felt the need to leave a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi eat here 3 out of the 5 times a work week. I am local. This is at least the third time where I have been disappointed. Especially being a vegetarian you would think I would be satisfied. The food portion was pathetic. I mean 40% of the bowl was full. Even the look at the girls who served me the bowl even looked embarrassed. I will no longer be eating here. There is NO value for my money. #DoBetter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Location is terrible!! I went a few times and I’m always disappointed. Never going back and i make sure to tell lots of people not to go. I have never left a bad review but I want people to avoid this location. TERRIBLE customer service extremely rude!!! My salad had rotting lettuce, was swimming in dressing i had to throw it away. The employee was scratching her head and touching food, tables are ALWAYS dirty. They get annoyed serving people. Save your money and go to Chopped Leaf!! A million times tastier with amazing customer service, ALWAYS CLEAN! This location needs new management cause it is making a lot of people not want to go to any location, i have showed many people the disgusting salad and i will continue showing more people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food tastes pretty good (definitely more on the healthy end), but the prices are pretty high for what you get. For instance the 3 tacos don't really have much in them and aren't that filling, but are still over $10. The frozen yogurt was really good, but for $5 there's not much there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a salad 4 days ago and to my surprise the portion size was so bad. It was a portion I would give to my 5 year old. When you are paying $15 or more I would like to think it would feed one person at least. Definitely not what I am used to when go there regularly. I called to inform them they said not a problem I will put your name on file and we will give you a free one next time. I called today and they went back on their promise and said they will just add more kale and that a free salad is not going to happen. Employee kept interrupting and talking over me , wouldn’t let me speak until I had to raise my voice. What is going on with todays customer service!!????? It takes a customer to get angry to try and settle the disagreement to be heard???Disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small portions compared to other freshii. It's always the same 2 staff working and they give very low portions... Very stingy. And when you ask for a bit more they give you attitude and ask you to pay more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this location and have always thoroughly enjoyed a good portioned healthy meal. In the last year, the portion sizes have been cut in half, forgetting to put some ingredients in (like rice...how can you forget a main ingredient) Some of the staff is rude and I feel proper hygiene is not taken seriously. They are wearing gloves, but using cash register, handling non food items, scratching head/face, wiping gloved hands on clothing and then use the same to prepare food??!! I use more hygiene in my own home with my own food....Will not be back to this location
