★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am upset that I cannot leave a 0 star review. Boyfriend and I came here for a staycation and were immediately asked why we would want to go there if we already live in Kamloops by the gentleman at the reception desk. He was extremely rude and was as soon as we walked through the door. He also assumed that we were only there to have a party based on our age. “We do not tend to people from Kamloops” were his words to us. Extremely unhappy and very angry, we walked out and will never being staying here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drity place with puke on the blankets. 1 inch of dust everywhere. It was disgusting. The bed was making strange noises and wouldn’t be surprised if I found a dead body under my bed ?. The management asks the staff to place fake reviews, so that’s why they’re are so many 5-star reviews. too bad you can't make a 0 star review. Don’t go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were really nice and welcoming however there were major problems with the room. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. There was coffee in the coffee machine and the sheets smelled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently trying to drive home from Calgary back to Vancouver, with the roads being closed, this was our only available option.
We arrived at 9pm, it was pitch dark out. The location is found right across an industrial park. Small parking lot, lucky to find space. Immediately the first thing we see is a bum illuminated by the Riverland Inn neon signs, walking around the parking lot, smoking butts of cigarettes. Outside there are also groups of individuals smoking cigarettes.
Not the most welcoming visuals - felt like a noir crime show.
Front desk was polite, and quick to service us and get us a room.
The room itself was pretty fowl, with the lock missing from the scratched up, defeated door. The bathroom with grime all over the flooring. The walls had recently been patched up with no new paint.
Only redeeming features of the Inn was walking out of the room and seeing the foggy town in the crisp morning air, and the river.
Overall, wouldn't recommend this place unless it's a last minute option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 weeks on a Business trip, location is great. Its quite at night, grass area for sun tanning. Its pet friendly which was nice to pet other guests dogs especially since ive been away, miss my pets.
Guests services very hit or miss especially around house keeping. Asked 4 times in 1 week to get house keeping, ended up striping the beding and towels and washed them myself...
I would stay there again but not for 2 weeks a night or 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and well maintained keeping all the safety precautions in mind. The staff was very friendly and accommodating specially Mr Arjun Singh for looking after us for all our need. Kudos to the entire team. We shall be back soon.
