The manager mr seuieg was super awesome, polite and inviting.
I travel a lot for work and will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Towels were so smelly and dirty!!! Heater and Blow dryer doesnt work. Even bed sheets smells really bad. I wouldn't recommend this motel. Been staying for Wyndham for so many years across North America and this motel would be my LAST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting from the second walked in lobby. The smell was horrible lobby stunk of Afghani food and body odor. Not the combination you like to smell when you walk into a hotel lobby. Service he was there he pressed the buttons to take my money. As for the room I walked in put my bag down walked out went and charge my car up at the car charger and slept there for the night went back at 5:30 in the morning pick my bag up and carried on my way never again will I ever stay at a Howard Johnson hotel especially this one. Stay away go pay the extra 40 50 bucks you'll be glad you did on another room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside my room was still new. TV channels was fully loaded. A big mirror was there. Fridge plus microwave are okay. I talked to a front guy in the morning, he was really kind to confirm the highway route I had to take. It was critical, Coquihalla Hwy was only commercial trucks and actually I checked and planned some other routes from Kamloops to Vancouver.
One by one, he explained, it’s winter and road condition was not known. It had snow days and heavy rain was causing flood in the area. Kamloops5 -Merritt-5A-Princeton-3-Hope-Vancouver. Thanks for confirming it with me. I took this route and arrived in a day. 5A in the winter I drove, wow there was no other car, my car was the only car for long time but actually road condition was not bad, view was awesome. Anyways thanks for helping me the route to Vancouver the room I could sleep well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a motel it was okish. I slept comfortably but the room smelled of smoke and looked a bit worn down. The shower was good. The breakfast was grabbing watery coffee, a banana or apple, a packaged granola bar, muffin-like-thingy and a juice box.
The reception was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are rudimental equiped, yet clean.
The front facing rooms are really bright, because the street/parking lot lights are really bright.
Breakfast was a joke (coffee and a banana) nothing like the usual continental breakfast.
Personal was kind and polite.
Location is close to the town center, that's really good.
I would not book this for any extended stay, only for passing through traffic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were exceptional in customer service the guy from the front desk went above and beyond to help us. They are currently under renovation. We had one of the renovated rooms and it was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely come back. I give 4 1/2 stars. They are definitely working on cleaning up their act. There was mold in the bathroom shower but they were willing to give us a new room as the bathrooms have not been done yet
