Everyone has extremely happy with the rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel, the ample parking, the excellent food, and the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely consider the Delta for our next conference or meeting.

They have their own food court where you can dine in. Also if you are a premium members they give discount coupons for food court. Rooms are good and feels fresh.
S	Shane Whittaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was quite nice but the fan in the bathroom doesn't shut-off so it was kind of noisy when trying to sleep. The restaurant was good but the menu is a bit limited. The front desk staff was excellent, friendly and professional.

The bed was comfortable, the room is updated, and very clean. The hotel itself was extremely busy, but I couldn't hear anything from my room which was great. Definitely recommend staying here in the future.

There are no signs ANYWHERE making people aware of this. if you go to the sandman down the street there are tons of indicators making sure all their patrons know about the parking policy’s. Then they proceed to tell me I need to read their policies, Funny… how about you be upfront in the first place and we wouldn’t have an issue? This is coming from a manager, I was stunned to say the least. He also said and I quote “no other hotel has underground parking in Kamloops or has daily housekeeping” both of which are lies, as I stay in a LOT of hotels for work and I have received both these services recently. The rooms are nothing special , and very small even for a hotel. Like another reviewer said basically the size of an average master bedroom. No microwaves either which is a pain. There’s even space for them I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put them in the rooms. I will not be staying here again, thanks for the free parking !

Restaurant food was good, but I had some vouchers for Bonvoy Titanium members because the lounge was closed, and the waitress initially said the vouchers would cover the meal then at the end told me she made a mistake and basically the vouchers would cover nothing so I was responsible for the entire cost. That was not nice, but at least the food was good. Update: the manager addressed the issue I mentioned very promptly to satisfaction. So I rate it full score because that was the only issue, otherwise the experience was great. The food was among the tastiest hotel restaurant food I've had and I've stayed at many hotels. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with nice decor. Nice perk of covered parking.
S	Sean Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed overnight for a work event. Room was very comfortable, clean and check-in was smooth and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious the next morning. Our room view was AMAZING! And pillows and bed were super comfy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Private underground parking was nice. Beautiful hotel. Update: We got Starbucks in the lobby before leaving this hotel and I want to say quickly that we had Micheal take our order and he was absolutely a joy! Such a positive attitude and made our order so fast.
