A	Andrea Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights, and we requested a quiet room on the first floor but didn't get it because there were no other rooms aside from the one we got, which turned out to have a small room with a twin bed in it, pleasant surprise. The room was really nice, hardwood floors and upgraded desks, bathroom, and countertop. Beds were comfortable, wifi worked well, location was a bit further from downtown but still not that far.
t	tori brunet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deffidently need to train their staff better whoever's cleans the rooms here that's for sure ? the moment I walked into my room, i could tell right away that it clearly was not cleaned at all. The floors may have been swept and the surfaces wiped down, with what I'm guessing was a dirty rag that they used to "clean" the rest of the rooms prior to mine, but that's literally it. I shouldn't of had to walk into an unclean room, that I payed to stay in for two weeks, that smelt like a very, very dirty person had been living in it for months and hadn't showered or changed the whole time. I was absolutely appalled. Unfortunately at the time, it was too late to go to any store, so the next morning I went out to buy cleaning supplies so I could actually go to bed in a room I knew was clean. .. Very unprofessional on their part is all I have to say. .

Comfortable room, though only 2 towels when the room is setup for 3 adults. No fan in bathroom (awkward). As we checked in, they basically carried a drunk woman into the office area. Something felt odd so I went back in and talked to him and he dressed it off as all ok.

E	Everett Banks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK HERE. I called to book 2 nights, I spoke with someone on the phone and they told me 109 per night, so I booked. I was charged 210 per night, the day before I checked out. As I was leaving I tried to talk to the employee who was at the front desk about why it was so much more than I was quoted. She was aloof and didn't care and just printed a receipt and handed it to me. When I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and she first called me a liar, then said I must have misheard. I don't know how someone could I miss hear 109 for 210 lol. Someone was lying and it wasn't me. Be warned that they will bait and switch you. If your desperate for a room make sure to get a written confirmation of the rate or pay dearly.

L	Leon Bast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first review I have ever written. I booked a last minute trip and this hotel was one of the only options. Unfortunately my stay was not great. The front desk staff were polite. They checked me into a room 220. It was very dirty and the lights in the bathroom did not work. I was moved to room 215. One bulb in the bathroom was out and there wasn’t enough light to shave. The water tap in the bathroom would spray water everywhere when turned on. The first time I used it water sprayed all over me, the door and floor. When I wiped up the floor it was so dirty the towel was dark brown. I ask for the floor to be scrubbed and repairs to be done. They did scrub but never fixed the other issues even after multiple requests. So needless to say every time I forgot about the tap my shirt got soaked. I also cleaned all the surfaces in the room myself. I found out the cleaning person lives in the hotel so there should be no excuse to not have a clean room. I stayed for a total of 5 nights. My garbage or towels were never changed. But to be honest I left the room cleaner than when I got it. I knew when I booked this hotel it was not a five star. But just because a place is old doesn’t mean it should be filthy!
