We first inquired about Grubs, and the lady who came to look was nice, informative and friendly. Ultimately let us know that it wasn't, and there wasn't anything much to to be done. That's fair.
Payed for 4 visits in the spring. Gave us no indication of the schedule, but the 2nd visit only came in July which seems a little late?
So the lawn care guy. Very young fellow who I can only describe as being extremely disinterested in the job. No response when I said hello, and did it so quickly that he left before I could even get to the back to remove kids toys. Not impressive.
My grass at this point was suffering from a lot of yellowing spots (despite watering frequently with irrigation system) no doubt from from all this heat, but I would have liked to have talked to the fellow about some seed and good coverage of fertilizer or at the very least talk about how we could make it look better.
So we decided to cancel the services as I feel I can do the same job for much cheaper with the same results or better. To be fair, the office did offer a different tech to come back out right away along with a free service add-on so I am happy to say that they tried to help us, but I would have liked to have had some service and care for the price I payed towards my lawn from the start.
