★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really good experience with this Hotel and it's staff. Rooms were clean, with all towels, soaps , microwave, tv - etc.
Staff was nice and helpful.
If you are looking for a good hotel to stay for few nights this is the best place. Price is good and really close to Downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Hotel employee was super friendly at the front desk check-in. When she realized we were 3 guys on motorcycles she upgraded us to a three bed room. One less night on the floor for one of us!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok nothing special, it did the job just a one nighter. Neighbours were a lil dodgy looking lol. Apartment was clean enough I always check it out before settling in, only small issue was a/c machine could’ve been a lil quieter other than the stay was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd floor room was irritating to try and get my bike up to as there were contractors renovating the place & started with the bottom floor first (totally understandable} but it was almost impossible to find an easy path for getting my bike to my friends' upstairs room. Otherwise it seemed like good value for the dollars spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service skills, they had the nerve to have a cheque made out in my name by phoning ask and john howard society claiming I never paid rent.
Also if u stay make sure ur receipts stuff adds up to what they charged on it sometimes don't add up...the dude who drives the big truck has a huge ego and claims he runs this city cuz he a biker. He screams at his guests , if ur a monthly and are late on rent or owe them for whatever it is they claim u owe they make up he wil

try make u uncomfortable, or say something and bully the person.... rooms r filthy the one building not attached is full of asbestos and out dated smoke detectors. Mine was dated from 2008 ... air condition has never. Even been clean. Can I add more

Staff were friendly, came in early to get me a new room key when I locked myself out in the morning.
Easy access to highway 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The advertisement is false: ordered and paid more to have room with queen beds, received room with double beds. Room understocked: not enough towels, they couldn't provide extra blankets till morning, no coffee in the room, although we have coffee machine. The ice maker is out of service, and they weren't aware of it. I had to walk 10 min. to buy ice from the gas station.
They didn't give me any satisfactory resolve on my biggest issue of not having the correct size beds. They sold my room to someone else. And didn't give me any compensation for the issues.
