She called all the clients and left a message saying that because having a baby is tough with a business, they she was changing some things. First, she's only accepting prebooking every 8 weeks, no last minute ...really?! I don't even have my own hair cut every 8 weeks. Secondly, she was going to raise her prices from $55 for 3 hours (previous owner's prices) to $60 per hour! Nuts! Lastly, in her message she ended with "if we couldn't meet these new expectations, maybe she wasn't the groomer for us" Incredible. Don't know how she will survive. I will not be recommending her to anyone.

Koodos to trish for taking over the business and continuing to provide business to clients even as only one person. Grooming as much as people might think is easy, should try it along with having clients that are consistent with timely appointments for their dogs making it less stress on not only the dog but the groomer. It is unfortunate about the groomers around town not able to accept anymore large dog clients as yet again, it's not as easy as people imagine. Glad to see they're continuing even after covid to do the best they can and taking care of all our furs ♡ Shame on people who are not understanding of the previous times and not able to be a simple decent human being. ♡ I'll happily continue to bring my dogs to Pet Connection. ♡
