★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used automatic car wash. Car left just as dirty as before it went through. Triple foam soap was only sprayed on the roof and soap was not even rinsed off completely. Won’t be using again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality soap products and facilities, really great service! I've used the drive thru automatic car wash once and the hand wand wash 3 times.
Automatic car wash has 3 options of service, I believe they were: basic $10, standard $14 and Premium $16 (pls correct me if I'm wrong, this was when they first opened). I did the Premium, it did a very decent job, and if I was in a hurry, I would opt for this option. You don't have to leave your car, pay by credit.
Hand wash has a variety of wash options, and vacuum, all options are .80 cents/min, rounded up to the nearest minute. (min. $2.00) I loved: don't have fiddle with change, just scan a credit card, the garage is VERY clean, warm/protected from elements. Just be aware, the moment you scan your credit card, your time begins! So have the sprayer in your hand ready to go! I found my average cost to wash and rinse my car was $6 - $8. I didn't like: you couldn't pause the wash if you needed to switch to a brush or untangle yourself from the hose. Pull up the door to enter. To exit press the red button.
Very quality concentrated soap, water is ultra-filtered for a spot free rinse. Owner/staff were very helpful if you needed help! I prefer this car wash over others in the city. Thanks for the excellent service, I'll be back again! (I'm posting before and after pictures)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a car wash Feb 3 at 830am. Purchased the best option for $16. It wasn't clean at all. Took pictures and phoned and left a message asking for a refund. I never got a call back. Stay far away if you value quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, well maintained facility. The owners clearly take good care of this place. The equipment is clean and the controllers are modern. Tried a couple of other places in town, but I will not return to those places, I will only be coming back to Signature Auto Wash in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drive-through wash. Gets the under body clean with jets spraying upwards. Somewhat difficult to see the "stop now" light because it is obscured by washing equipment... thankfully they have added a bell. Unsure why their control lights are located on the right side of the wash as most vehicles have the driver on the left side. Not very good indication on whether you need to move to the left or right as you enter the wash. Great drying blowers on exit, but they could be aimed to blow the water more towards the rear and off of the vehicle. Overall, decent price for the outcome. Exit route is quite steeply angled to the side for drainage, which is slightly awkward and, if it ever became icy, could be dangerous.
