★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is super good but service is really poor. Twice in a row now that I’ve been and the servers have been really rude in the drive thru! I normally don’t leave negative reviews but the attitude is actually shocking from the workers lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should generally avoid this branch of the popular burger chain. The drive through is horrendously inefficient and you should prepare for a long wait. While their website says they have mobile pickup, this is a lie and you will be redirected to the drive through. I arrived with my children for a scheduled pickup and was locked out of the restaurant and told to go through the drive through, despite my confirmed online order. In the end I was unable to wait in the lengthy drive through line and ended up getting food at a competing chain.

But this burger King, even if there is a line due to peak times, the food is as it should be. Juicy, messy and delicious. Fun and friendly staff, definitely a good choice, many times visited?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive thru service is TERRIBLE! You hear me?! TERRIBLE! The speaker is very low and the drive thru operator can barely hear you. I should get out of the car and yell through the speaker. Do something about it RIGHT NOW! This is the WORST situation in Kamloops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the second time i came through the drive thru and waited about 10 mins for them to take my order and still no reply. i tried speaking but to no response so i drove ahead and was met with a very rude staff. i told her that nobody took my order and she asked if i did anything about it…. yes i tried talking to you but nobody responded….. she was very annoyed by me and super monotone. luckily the food came fast so i could get out of there. as someone with anxiety being met with very rude people i would not recommend coming here, it was hard enough to speak out about it let alone being disrespected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed a boy working the counter and French fry station be berated and belittled by one of the women working there! I felt so sorry for him.. nobody deserves that! He’s a young man working hard at a fast paced restaurant. Someone should speak to the staff about how to properly motivate and encourage the younger staff? I told him he shouldn’t let her talk so rudely to him and he said he’s used to it and it happens all the time ☹️ if that was my son I would tell him to quit!
