I beg Google to introduce “ZERO STAR” coz some places deserve Zero…. The Night time staff is always in their attitude problem… I am a Truck driver and this is happening to me for the second Time…. A big Zero deserved customer service… Never ever gonna visit this place in my life…

It has been great,service is always friendly and the orders are so far all in the bag when I arrive home,it's a pain to have to recheck to be sure.

Drive thru was losed and pick up was slow. So much for fast food restaurants ....may as well go to a real restaurant.

Busy place! Noonish and 4:30-6:00pm very very busy here. Expect to wait in drive thru line 20-30 mins. Food was fresh. Coffee fresh and hot. Good experience. As usual.

Not sure what is happening here but tonight I got told to pull around waiting on fries? Walk in because I just figure I will grab them when they're ready and run out to the car faster than they can come find me. The first thing I see when I walk in is the same girl giving fries out the window ? sit there for a minute to try to make eye contact with someone and realize they are officially serving fries out the window full force. Get someone's attention, explain. They apologize. But still no food? Like four people and a supervisor later, I get handed my burgers but "just finishing up the happy meals" which had both been sitting on the counter waiting for fries in full view the ENTIRE TIME. A solid ten minutes after I walked in someone finally gave me my food and I left. No one in there had any clue what was going and I feel like maybe they need an adult on that shift or something ? Ps my husband just told me they didn't make the burgers properly. I'm speechless. We need a trainer up in that joint or something ?

Not impressed with the service my last two times. Half empty fry boxes with old fries and mustardless flattened cheeseburgers.

Probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. First the person taking our order missed a breakfast sandwich on our order, so upon arrival to the first window (taking payment) we had let them know they missed ringing an item in, they asked what it was, and did not apologize for the mistake, but instead looked at us incredibly annoyed. When getting our food at the second window, they gave us the wrong order entirely, I had to explain 3 different times to 3 different people what my order was. When I finally got my order and was on the road again, I open my breakfast sandwich to find no egg, and also no straw in the bag for my iced coffee. I understand having a bad day at work, but for so many different mistakes made my different employees it was a lot, especially because they did not apologize once.

Today was not a good day for speed in drive thru but order was warm & correct. Overall a good location.
