★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Durapella power reclining loveseat from Ashley furniture in Kamloops. I received very good service from the sales department, the quality and comfort of this loveseat is excellent. The delivery was quick and the loveseat was set up where I wanted it.
I am very pleased with this purchase and the service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to three of the main furniture stores Kamloops has to offer and without a doubt Ashley had the nicest furniture selection and was by far our favourite store. Our salesman (Manni) was super helpful and went above and beyond in locating the pieces of the bedroom set, couch and loveseat we purchased with several of the pieces showing up much sooner than expected! He also negotiated a better price with us on all the pieces and we left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience. This is my second time dealing with Ashley Home Store (once in their old location) and I will continue to shop there due to the service and quality of furniture I've received so far. Thanks Manni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is not good!! Prices are not what is advertised on Ashley Furniture website. They failed to mention tariffs on my first call, tariffs I apparently would not have to pay if I bought in Alberta!!! The price kept on changing with every call. Not happy at all, if I could give less than 1 star I would have!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were furnishing our new home and decided to try Ashley Furniture first. We are grateful we did. We were fortunate to have GC as our sales person. He was so polite, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. GC was very approachable and we thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience with him. We are still in need of a few more items for our home and we will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service I got from Manny at Ashley furniture home store in Kamloops. My girlfriend and I were shopping for a couch back in January after Boxing Day. We found a couch we loved and had to order it in because of supply chain issues. Recently it arrived and when the movers came to move it in the house for us they were unable to get it in. They were willing to let me and my neighbour try ourselves. We were unsuccessful so we returned the couch and Manny was extremely helpful in working with us to get new smaller couches of the same material at a fair price considering what we paid in January. They stayed open to the closing bell to help us load up our new couches and we are very pleased with what we have now. Would recommend!!
