A	Angela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked that it was close to the hwy. Bathroom tiles were filthy. Bathroom was so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even shower. Walls were filthy. Door to hotel was filthy.Light switches. I pulled the air filter out of the air conditioner it was 5 mm thick with dirt and dust. When I put the filter back in water dripped out onto the floor so I went to the front desk and asked for a towel for the floor. When I wiped the water off of the floor the towel was black. I spent the first hour in my room cleaning it. The dresser drawer was dirty I cleaned out chip crumbs from the drawer, it was hickory sticks to be exact. I have pictures of the bathroom which I will add when I get my phone back from the repair shop. You would think with COVID 19 that the high touch areas would have been cleaned. All I had was Lysol wipes to clean with. I would never stay there again. The bedding and the mattress was clean. Like I said in my previous comment was the bathroom was filthy the walls the dresser drawers the light switches the doors the floors the air conditioner. The bed and the bedding was the only clean place in the room. When I went to the office to ask for a towel to wipe up the water off of the floor because I cleaned the air conditioners filter I had told the man at the desk how dirty my room was and explained to him that I was cleaning the room because it was so dirty he didn’t seem to understand what I was saying to him. There seemed to be a Language Barriere or he just didn’t care. He didn’t offer me another room. I am assuming that they are all dirty like that so it wouldn’t have made a difference.

As a person who has done a lot of traveling, I am confident when I say this was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness does not even meet bare minimum standards. Ie. Stains and other unmentionable things on the bed linens, hair and thick grime in the bathroom, mould in the shower, garbage on the ground, and dirty cups to name a few things. We gave this feedback to the front staff on our way out and they did not seem surprised or concerned. I highly recommend sleeping in your car as this is probably a better option, we regret spending even 9 hours in this dump just to sleep on our way through. Would give it 0/5 stars if it was an option.

I’ll definitely stay here on my way back through knowing I’ll have the same experience!! Fully recommended!!
J	Jeffrey Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Motel ever. The rooms are absolutely disgusting I couldn't even let my children sit on the beds. On top of that the building is not cared for whatsoever. We spoke with the building manager, Raj, immediately after checking in and he said he wouldn't charge our credit card. We left shortly after that. We booked through hotels.com and called them immediately. After being on hold for 45 minutes we finally spoke with someone who said they would escalate the issue. Almost a month later we finally hear back from hotels.com stating that they cannot get a hold of the motel and that it would be up to us to try and get them to refund us through hotels.com. Honestly will never stay at Best Budget Inn and Suites ever again nor will we use hotels.com ever again. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

I ended up getting pinesol to clean the tub...toilet and sink before I felt comfortable using it. Good for price I paid....and there was a take away breakfast and coffee in the morning....no coffee machine in room. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

Front desk/owners were very accommodating, they supplied a playpen at time of booking, and also a high chair upon request which was great! The swimming pool and hot tub were always available when we went both days. Neighbouring rooms had friendly occupants. Lots of fast food places nearby within walking distance, however there are no sidewalks on the way. Will need a vehicle to get to other shopping areas. Good price for the room. Would stay again.
