Poor service when called for availability. The person on the phone was rude and abrupt. I was told by someone that they had a hockey team book out so 18 plus rooms empty but they did not want to clean them to get new bookings for the evening. That is bad service all around. This does not look good on them or the franchise.

Terrible. Housekeeping lady named Ruth was absolutely rude, telling us to get out of our rooms because they needed to clean only for change to go missing from our nightstand the very next day! When asking the hotel manager for assistance they said they were not responsible for any personal items going missing.. what kind of fishy business is being run here?

After staying here two weeks I feel need to vent, due to Manager being a complete uneducated bully! Let me start with check in, There is no Elevator, so when coming here for work I recommend packing the least amount of gear possible because you’re gonna have to pack it up two flights of stairs to get it to your room. I had a kitchenette suite, the toaster was Mia, hotel said they don’t provide them go Walmart but one , yet my coworkers all had them in their rooms??? Then there was no plug for kitchen sink to wash dishes had wait two days to get one ???? The next morning upon trying for more than 40 minutes to make a cup coffee, the keurig is inoperable! How is this even a kitchenette? When basic amenities aren’t provided to ease working and staying here! On top of that I had requested no house keeping during my stay! Yet every day they were in my room changing garbage or making my bed if I didn’t leave my pj on it. Ontop that I requested new bedding as the duvet they gave me had blood stains????? Are these not cleaned each check out? Then the new bedspread I get is laden with yellow stains! Washed??????? The bedding wreaks of Bleach, while I understand sanitary processes, I had to aromatherapy my room in order to not have allergic reactions. Their continental breakfast in the morning is the same food for more than a week tater tot‘s dry scrambled eggs and dry sausages. Then two weeks after staying here the manager proceeds to say that I can’t have a diffuser in my room to which I responded I don’t have a diffuser it’s aromatherapy and it’s wax that melts, he proceeds to say the hotel is sent free well how can that be when the only sign in the room is no smoking or vaping? The staff was mostly friendly however I do not recommend this hotel to any working crew or anyone else !? I stayed March 2022 Update was asked to remove bedding photos so I obliged as hotel is trying remedy situations

The front desk staff have no clue what they’re doing I waited for 20 minutes just to book my room for longer. They kicked me out of my room because it was check out time and I have to wait in the lobby for my ride. I went down for the breakfast at 8:30 the eggs looked like they have been sitting there for weeks the hash brows were soggy and stale. The mini fridge in my room was leaking water some of their rooms don’t even have working lights. The reason I’ve stayed at this hotel is before is because they used to not need a credit card, that changed but they worked something out for me and accommodated me which was the only good part of my stay. When we were kicked out of the room we went to wait in the lobby and the boss who runs the days inn “Nathan” he told us that a credit car is mandatory I started to explain to him that I’ve stayed before and they never required a credit card he then interrupted me and said he doesn’t care. That is NOT how you should be treating your guests

Most of the staff were: • Passive aggressive • Rude • Retaliates if you let them know something is wrong • Makes wild accusations about guests • Complains to your patron about hotel issues instead of speaking with you first Amenities: • The heater/AC kept blasting all the time (when I wanted hot, it was cold. When I wanted cold, it was hot) • The food was often dry, overcooked, expired or just not there They definitely need some help with management, I'm sure he's doing his best but still, overall, I did not enjoy my time there. If you want budget friendly with some drama, prepare yourself.

Meant to write this review a few weeks ago . I stayed there for 3 nights with my husband during a transfer move to wainwright . Beautiful place when you walk in and rooms were nice . Unfortunately found some hairs all around the toilet and some food spray in the microwave . We don’t complain but when we heard housekeeping outside the door in the morning we went to talk to the lady and she didn’t even speak English . She just kept putting her hand up to wait . I didn’t understand her at all . Over all probably wouldn’t come back unless it was last resort .

Transferring to wainwright looking for housing planned to stay there for 2-4 nights depending on when we could move our belongings in our new house with my girlfriend . Housekeeping staff was so rude she tried asking my girlfriend to leave the room in the morning so they could clean when she was sleeping . She said she didn’t want housekeeping as she was sleeping the lady said that because it’s been a couple days she is obligated to enter our room and change our sheets and towels because it was in her own words “ gross and could bring bugs” I stayed there for a long time over the years and never was treated like that . Thank you Ramada and r and r for taking us in before our move in date . I will give you both great reviews .

I stayed for 5 weeks. In that time I noted the following: Horrible breakfast option (it never changed), no elevator, no coin op laundry (you have to pay front desk $10 for them to do it, most basic of basic tv channels, paper thin walls and I mean thin (I could hear everything going on in the next door bathroom, so much so that I knew how much fiber was in the guys diet!), lastly my colleague, also an extended stay patron noted a large hair ball stuck on his shower wall, it didn’t move in 4 weeks. He ended up naming it. Comfy beds though
