★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at this location! The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing and it sure was. Joanne was amazing and went above and beyond for me when I had an issue working my TV and laptop together. She and rest of staff surprised me with how much hospitality they have for a customer, Infact I felt like a close friend/relative here :-D Thank you! I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in town in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great front end service. Friendly and Courteous. No room cleaning service except three days a week. Key Card Locks were malfunctioning for five days, inconveniencing our access to our room and the staff, who had to continually open our door.

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from both guest services and the manager. The room was also clean and comfortable. The pool was great for the kids.
