H	H Manninen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was not great dirty... meaning g wS not vacuumed properly dirty linen left in sof bed dishes were dirty house keeping was terrible had to ask daily gor towels garbage bags a sorts of rift raft hanig around wifi signal sucked just over a not pleasant

G	Gerald Van De Ven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to fond among the other hotl no signs telling you where it's located. Hallways were dirty. Room the ac/heat pump showed an error code so didn't work. Light by bed didn't work I called the front no one answered so I left a message no one came to fix it. Pool has old moldy green water and garbage floating in it in it picture attached. Staff don't care so tells me owners don't care either. I'll never come here again in the future I'll go to o e of the 40 other heels within 2 blocks. Beds were hard mattresses seem really old. Breakfast was toast and one kind of jam one kind of costco muffin.

There was dust all over the tables, coffee machine and night lamps. There was a bunch of hairs on the washroom floor which grossed me out. There was hairs all over the bed and pillow and they didn’t do anything satisfactory about it. As well as there were no towels in the washroom no extra bedsheets or anything in the room. Please never ever go to this hotel. I showed them the pictures as well of the room but they didn’t seem to care.
C	Casey Sidhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did not even make it that far. called this morning to check about my reservation she said " i will call you back in 5 minutes" did not get a call back. instead i got an email saying my reservation was cancelled. when i called she said that there was not a room available, and she doesnt know how i got booked in.. thumbs up how nice.
V	Vinz Aya-on on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a great times staying here with family Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not that good but still get some for free. Parking lot is little bit tiny for truckers. Baggage trolly is in very poor condition needs a new one.
G	GRL Enterprise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Good Parking - Luggage cart in poor repair - Front desk clerk with ZERO customer service skills and I asked for nothing just had to sign the contract and get key cards and there was excessive eye rolling - Room exceptionally cold - No linens for the extra bed … there was even a third person on the room contract - Much more eye rolling from clerk to get linens and a pillow. - Rooms we’re large the floors were REALLY dirty :( - Only one bath towel for 3 people … gross:( *** I’m a customer service type person so I have ZERO time for staff with no customer service skills. I will not return … happy to take my repeat business elsewhere.
J	James Driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed with 3 of our children. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were satisfactory and the customer service was good. The breakfast was suitable, yogurt, toast muffins, fruit, juice and coffee. There was nothing horrible and nothing exceptional. Which was expected for the price. All other hotels will charge much more for a false expectation of a superior experience but for a short stay this fit the bill.
