A	Andy Tewfik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were not clean, there are no mattress protectors - a huge issue considering the place has bed bugs. The beds are uncomfortable. The walls are also super thin and you can hear everything the neighbours say.
R	Randi Saunders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for over a year and have had no help from staff to deal with the door witch won’t lock. The black mold. Mice infestation. Bed bugs! The elements in my stove where removed when I I moved in and I was told I could get them put in for $100. Not to mention I’m expecting and have had other guests try and enter my room threw the connecting door. Worried about my own safety I called the landlord and was told to shut up. If I could afford to move I would but it’s hard to find a place here for my budget.

The manager/owner was really nice and hospitable, when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC he came right over to help us out. He also showed us where to sight see as we were only in town for the night. Whenever he saw us outside, he would stop and say hello and ask us how our stay is going. The rooms were clean and had a nice patio. Would visit again!
C	Cam Cam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed in some dive motels in the past so I wasn't to concerned about the mixed reviews on this. 2.8 on Expedia was enough for me. When we arrive we arrived late, which we had communicated. We had a drive through the mountains, blah blah blah. We arrive at 2am and upon entering the parking lot im confident there is opportunity for a staff infection. With the blankets for curtains in one unit, the stray animals running around, and the curtains all appearing to have developed new colors over time I knew in that moment this may not be a good place to rest. My partner went in to check in and the guy running the show was rude, misinformed, given us wrong guidance, and something right from a scene from a movie. We opted to leave and buddy followed us out to our vehicle. He waving his hands at us stating something about booking a room for us - he claimed he canceled our reservations because we were late (which we had communicated). Some reviews stated he had done this in the past to increase room costs so we found a new suitable hotel. From the appearance of this place I'd say 50 bucks a night is a fair deal and definitely less than 2 stars.
V	Victoria Roscoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 30-mins to check-into our room, even though we had a reservation through Expedia. The room was disappointing; terrible bedding and no towels at all. The bathroom was creepy and broken. My husband’s allergies were acting up all night. No refund policy. I felt unsafe. Lots of homeless people. One of the rooms is certainly a place to buy hard drugs from. I filed a report with the local police station. The staff are friendly but seem powerless to help their motel. The motel description says it is good for families…. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. This establishment is unfit to shelter children. If you stay here: bring your own pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries and be sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle. We will NEVER return. The owners should cut their losses and sell. There is no redemption here. They would have to put a lot of money into cleaning, power washing and new furnishings to even make this a 1-star motel. This is a 0-star hotel.
M	Matt Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is disgusting, service is horrible, room stunk of cigarettes, and the beds look like they've been taken from the bin. Someone needs to shut this place down.
A	Andree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We showed up at the hotel and they did not have a room for us. Said that the booking site made an error. We had to call a dozen hotels in Kamloops before we found a room to stay in. Much more expensive. Negative: Lobby was dark, parking lot is extremely small especially if you have a big truck. I did not get to see the rooms
D	Dawid Pichen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is rather an older hotel. Nevertheless my room was clean, although it had some really old kitchen furniture near the washroom, it was nice and spacious. Bed was fine and I slept well. Breakfast only consisted of a few items but at the least there was free breakfast included and I enjoyed my PB&J toasts and coffee. Hotel is nicely located. Downtown is accessible even by walk. Also, there is a scenic view lookout just 5 minutes walk away. I had a chance to meet the owner and manager in person. He is a very friendly guy and wants his guests to feel comfortable at his lodging.
