C	Conor Mcneill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience, Got stuck in the elevator twice. Also watched multiple other guests get stuck as well. They told us to just take the stairs. wouldn’t have been a problem except we were on the fourth floor with a young child. Apparently they knew there was a problem with the elevator before we checked in but failed to let us know. Hotel was also evacuated at 5am in -25 weather and they have no idea why alarm went off. Hotel obviously has some major mechanical problems. Oh ya, not one of the vending machines on any floor has water or pop in them. Staff was nice enough and room was decent but Can’t recommend this place.
A	Aj k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel had a great waterside and pool, the room was okay, but it's quite dated and needs renovations/upgrades. Smelt musty in our room, old brown doors, sliding door for the bathroom that needed replacement, small tub, stains on the ceiling, out dated television that had no HDMI outlets, coffee maker in a drawer, brown furniture, older carpeting and the white comforters had staining. Not the best especially for $125 per night.

Especially if you are a sports team looking for a chill environment with big rooms and lots of extra space. The staff here are friendly and accomodating. The pool and hot tub are open until midnight!!! They also have free breakfast. Our sports team had a tournament in Kamloops and this hotel was so chill. We used the breakfast room for our "parents meeting" till laaaaate. Never a complaint from staff. I would 150% stay here again.
A	Anthony J. Pua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was professional and courteous. Parking is good at this location. The rooms are clean. The room did smell like fragrance which I felt was a bit overpowering. I prefer the freshly washed linen smell but this is a matter of preference more than anything.
a	aaron howe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it 4 stars but the pool was murky when we arrived so I asked the front desk to look into it. I didn’t hear anything back so My son and I went swimming anyway, because I thought, surely, they couldn’t let the pool have no chlorine or sanitation or they would close it till it was fixed. The next day the pool looked the same but we checked it with pool test strips, the free chlorine measured at zero, the rest of the tests showed the chemicals were low as well. A few days later my son now has a Urinary track infection. Not sure if it’s related but makes sense to me. Also our top blanket had hairs all over the bottom side and the shower floor wasn’t clean when we got into our room. Although the complimentary breakfast was nice. I don’t think the people running this hotel have any pride in the hotel.
E	Elizabeth Snowdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was OK. The room had a bad smell in the carpet and the bathtub didn't drain properly. The breakfast was OK too. We traveled with a pet and I think we would look for a hotel with a ground floor suite with easy access to outside green space.
S	Scott Van Achte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate 4 stars but our room was dirty when we first went in then had to wait 30 min in the lobby for it to be cleaned. Not normally a big deal but it was already past dinner time and we were tired from a long trip. Aside from that, the room was updated, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great. They could clean out their lobby chandelier though! Full of bugs! Does not impact my review but still…
J	Joey C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here over night during out trip back to Calgary. The check in process was quick considering I did the online check in prior to out arrival. Front staff member gave me my key and pointed me int he direction of my room on the third floor. Heading up to my room I got stuck in the elevator. I had to use the emergency phone to get someone to get me out. This took about 12 minutes. After that the elevator was not working and had to use the stairs. The room was pretty big. It did look dated but the room was clean and comfortable. Being a Diamond member we get free drinks but when I asked the front staff for water she gave me 1 single bottle and kind of gave me a weird look that I was not suppose to ask for it. The had a pool which was nice for the kids. No time limit or reservations needed. The also have continental breakfast which is nice. It was very well stacked. They had a make your own waffle station, eggs and sausages, breads, bagels, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, and variety fruit.
