★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from all the staff, very accommodating. Convenient access to Pineview recreation system for amazing mountain biking. The hot breakfast wasn't available due to their covid procedures, but they provided a generously portioned bagged breakfast instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice easy parking, clean but starting to be dated, refresh would put it back to the comfort suite I have grown to love. After considering the stay again. I'd like to increase to 4 stars as room was very clean/bed was perfect firmness and four pillows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the front desk was incredibly polite and helpful. He even upgraded my room for free to one with an amazing jacuzzi tub.
The pool was open, providing that you booked a half hour slot. Having the whole pool and hot tub to myself was quite nice.
The room was clean, and included a couch and a desk. The bed was very comfortable.
The room came with a bagged breakfast every morning, which you could collect at the front desk.
The location is near the mall, several gas stations and several restaurants. Room service was available from the Chinese restaurant across the parking lot.
Very happy I stayed here, and I would absolutely book again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent location, very nicely redone rooms with great a flatscreen HDTV to catch a hockey game on. Pretty good service, if you can find a rate for under 200$ it’s well worth the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! I booked it same day last minute and was arriving at around late 2AM because my bf and I were doing a 14 hour road trip. We were exhausted while Nahaim and Tammy (the front desk staff) were kindly patient and helpful. The towels are surprisingly soft and it was renovated a week or so prior to our arrival (4/15/2022) so the room was in pristine condition. Great for a night stay, and has more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend, thank you for taking care of us Nahaim and Tammy (sorry if I spelled the name wrong)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was being totally renovated, so everything was brand new. Our room was big,with lots of space for the grandkids to play. The beds were super comfy and even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk, her name was Tammy, such a wonderful person, so kind and helpful, by the end of stay she felt like a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights due to working in town. Here are my pros and cons of this hotel:
Pros - Front service staff was very friendly and informative.
My room was nicely furnished and was upgraded recently.
Bed is comfortable.
Towels are very soft and seem brand new compared to towels at other hotels.
Cons - The blinds seem super thin and if I can see out, I'm sure they can see in.
No breakfast, not even bagged ones, would be nice to have something.
No microwave in room.
Pool was decent but no chairs or tables to place your stuff.
Room could use a picture or two.
Saw a spider and an ant by the hot tub.
