★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible rooms that were filthy on entry. Cleaners left a half smoked joint on the ground so guessing they only straighten out the sheets between guests. No smoke detector and dangling wires from the ceiling. Thin walls and floor so if u enjoy sleeping don’t stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived late in the evening and we're quickly and cheerfully checked in. Our room was clean and ground level as we were traveling with our dog. The hotel was bright, clean and despite a busy area we found it to feel very safe and peaceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent, clean accommodation. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose but not a big deal. The cleaning staff should bring it to the maintenance staff's attention. Not me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what I paid the room was great. It was clean and those mattresses were actually comfortable! Very good location with many restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly as well. Will be my next place to call when in Kamloops. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn, the staff at the front desk were very kind, generous and eager to help. The rooms were big and spacious, I was given the Room -105 and it had a great view too. All in all it was the best stay and would suggest it to my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most caring and warm welcomes we have experienced in a hotel. The manager Jaskaran who checked us in was very professional and accommodating. He even helped us with our luggage.
Anto at the front desk upon check out was just as friendly and helped us bring our luggage to the car. This is 5 star service.
Our room with two queen beds was very spacious and clean with all modern amenities. Wish we had more than just one night to stay. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an international student in Kamloops, and I have been staying in this hotel for a few months. I'd say this place feels like a home away from home, maybe because I met some really nice people here. The rooms are very clean, and OMG! the beds are my favorite (one of many things I'll miss when I move out.). The staff is very welcoming and very prompt in meeting guest's needs. It's in a really good location, with shops and the mall within a walkable distance.
If you're here in town for a vacation or work and want a relaxing super comfy place to crash the night in, this place is perfect for you.
Cherry on the cake: It is pet friendly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was comfortable and breakfast assortment was pretty good. My sisters room didn’t have a smoke detector, it had been removed off the ceiling as you could see where it was. Their bathroom fan didn’t work. Both our rooms needed a good scrubbing. Counter areas were clean but floor in bathroom area was sticky. The back of the door looked like something splattered and needed cleaning too. I had a Do not disturb on my door when I went out and yet someone entered my room and made up beds.
