★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were really nice only recommendation would to change the beds everything else was great. If you have a pet pet it's right beside an open field area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service at the reception! Very rude and insulting staff! That blond woman rudely refuse to checking me in and pointed at her colleague, she gave me nasty look when I entered the lobby that's why I talked to her to check in. The guy next to him told me how to pronounce the letter V, seriously??!!
I travel a lot, checked in many hotel and the expensive ones, and never have this experience ever!
We check in on the 18th April, around 8.15. Bad quality of staff there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Television not working, and the room had a strange musty smell. Overall not that pleased with the stay. No manager available to discuss some reasonable compensation for the stay. Most likely will skip Best Western and stay at the Coast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly evening staff, easy check-in, comfortable beds, room appeared clean and no surprises. We were so thankful to find a room on short notice as all hotels seemed to be fully booked.
Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were put into a pet friendly room to accommodate our need for 2 queens. It was amazing...hardwood floors made alll the difference. I never would have known it was a pet room had they not told me. The room was 110%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, nice staff but this location is not as walkable as thought when I booked. The hot breakfast was the average hotel breakfasts, the coffee was very good and the bagels (bread products) were excellent. Indoor Pool & Hot Tub were clean and the right temperatures. No outdoor pool for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing stay the other day. It was my 3rd time staying at this location. We stay her for the pool because it's kinda whirl pool ish and is super relaxing. Didn't get the chance to use the pool this time because everyone was too tired but we had a well rested night and enjoyed our stay. Also there is breakfast included so I definitely enjoyed that as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first impression was that the room was very dark and brown, lacking coziness and not well set up. Once I sat down and relaxed I enjoyed the high ceiling, the cleanliness and the hot drink machine in the lobby. The breakfast was very good and had a pancake making machine. I enjoyed my stay. The pool is fun too.
