★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The've always been friendly and efficient. I did just find out though, that if your doctor faxes an order to their central system, it won't show up for four (4) hours. You'd need to get dr. to e-mail/fax you a copy so you can show it. Also, spouse, etc. can pick up for you if they have your care card.
