I understand the no returns policy but I was sold something that did not work...I won't buy anything here anymore incase I'm sold another broken item ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Dr. LOVE Sunday. The young lady working today was super friendly greeting me. But was not pushy and stayed respectfully distant until I had questions and needed help.
She was super knowledgeable, very helpful. And gave an HONEST opinion on what she legitimatly thought was a better recommend product, even if it wasnt the most pricey thoung Legitimate good advise and not just trying to say that in order to up-sell.
I was suprised for a store its size how huge and amazing the selection and variety was. Very kind and open no judging.
Also amazingly clean and well organized. Will be going back again and would highly recommend
