★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed some help at the counter and I waited there for 3 minutes and said"hello" a couple of times and the people behind the counter totally ignored me, I waited for another couple minutes then finally someone said "What do you need?" I had to go over to the other side of the store because they wouldn't come over to the main desk. I was the only customer at that time I don't what they were busy doing it was a one time store, a total waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed when I tried to call the local store to inquire about a product I considering using and to see if they had anything that would work. I got an answering service. The lady on the phone was polite enough but didn't know a single thing about what I was asking for unless I gave her a specific product # that I could find online. That's not customer service in my opinion. Nothing negative about the lady at the call in center. Just can't believe I can't talk to someone who actually works at the store and handles and knows the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was Shipped 2 of the same order because of their mistake. Was not credited back for shipping and I had to pay for return shipping for the extra order. Stick to companies that don't close down your local branch and don't understand the online business. Email a prepaid shipping label and keep customers. At least when its your mistake.
