★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began dealing with them in February. Got my blood work done, sent in the paperwork they requested, and then finally spoke with the Dr. in May. He suggested I come down to the office in Toronto (I am in Barrie) to have a pap test done bc it has been 7 years since my last pregnancy and just wanted to make sure I was good to go physically. Thats all fine and good, he says to me "the second or third day of your cycle" okay, so then I proceed to email the office a lady named Xio who I was corresponding with since Feb. via email. no reply. It has now been two weeks and I am past the point of being able to take work off on the second day of my cycle, even if they did reach me to make the appointment. This led me to read their google reviews, and honestly now I feel asthough even if they do reach me, I do not feel comfortable dealing with this unprofessional establishment. So hurtful and stressful that I thought I was in the middle of the process and to LITERALLY be dropped off of the whole program for no reason at all! Ladies DONT waste your time with these people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. This 'business' is virtually unreachable. They rarely answer their phone lines, the staff who does answer gives incorrect and incomplete information, you will be transferred to extensions where nobody picks up, and most importantly they are incapable of answering basic email enquiries. They are full of excuses for their terrible service, but the fact that they have a terrible reputation amongst professionals in the industry shows that this is their normal standard. I will be going elsewhere for my services, and if you value your time, money and sanity, you should too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars! We have been attempting to order for months now with little to no communication. We have asked many times to be notified when donors are in but they never contact. And the worst part... we finally pick not one but two donors, have iur money taken twice, then find out they actually don't have the donor. They have zero regard for how this affects people and sluff you off. Do not use this place if you have other options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He was over an hour late for my egg retrieval, I had to wait 6 hours one day for him for my appointment, he brought medical students into my retrieval without my permission they were touching me, yelled at my husband during the egg retrieval asking if I took my trigger shot, I was the first patient of the day and he made everyone’s trigger shots late that day. Switched fertility doctors such a toxic clinic. I would give zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a mom bcz of Dr Del vell . If u follow diet and doctor advise you are a successful mom. Had pcos got pregnant on first cycle . First cycle was analyzing cycle and second treatment cycle which I got successful. Doctor and nurses are good. Receptionist was little rude and you have to wait for first appointment . Phone they wont attend but email has immediate response. Overall good little patience needed of course every where.

This is a rather private matter, and I therefore don't want to write a detailed review publicly. I will just say that they know what they're doing and I felt that is was in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I being trying to communicate with the clinic for over 3 days, I have left a voicemail and no one has got back to me, I suppose to do my 3 day monitoring, even though Dr Del Valle is a wonderful Dr the office employees are terrible. I would love to do all my stuff with him but I’ve had so many bad experiences. I’m sorry for the Dr because he deserves better review but I’m not ever going back or even try to do anything there. These appointments are important for us and going thru IVF is not an easy or cheap experience. Hope they get a better staff so other woman doesn’t have to go thru the same situation.
