s	sara .sarraf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Pejman Nourian , is the best doctor I had met ever he has big heart and listening to the patient . There is no word to explain how he is honest in his job. Dr. Nourian has been my family doctor for 4 years and I am very happy that he accepted me and my family as patients. Thank you so much to be our family doctor .
a	abdulwahab Berrim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About the children clinic I don't recommend any one to go there Firts they are out of respect of time or scheduling it latterly like a jungle even animals hospitals are more organized than them. Second the staff and pediatricians have no common sense making excuses I've been with them for a while i am talking about something I know, I went to other clinic and I feel really waaaaay different. I don't want to say too much if you are responsible and respectful person I dont recommend you to go there.
M	Mother Oftwo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Clinics and Doctors of Ontario are paid by Ontarians, yet a clinic such as this one could be servicing its community without accountability, care and concern to those they serve for the past 25+ years is abhorrent and unbelievable to me. They seems to victimize its community by hiring foreign trained doctors that would draw in the patients that identify with them and then victimize the patients. Once one becomes a patient of one of their doctors, then you become a cash grab. There are many more professional clinics than this one in the area, if you can help it. I write this review not because I'm interested in defaming Doctors or the Clinic they use to assist their patients, but, hopefully, enlighten the pupil about the facts of whom they are trusting their health. One star is what I had to give them because that is the least google would accept.
s	sarah k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unorganized. My appointment was for 4pm and the male doctor did not call me until 7:48pm. I kept calling many times in between where the receptionist kept saying "you aren't the only one here, I'll write a note for him to call you next". Another hour goes by... Lot's of lies here. When the doctor finally called me, we spent no more than 3mins and he carelessly went to the next patient when I needed more information on what is going on. He wasn't helpful at all. Google helped me more. Go to any other clinic than this. They do not care about the patients. I grew up in this area and when I was a child I would see the pediatrician who still works here and she is also the same. Avoid this place at all costs.

If she doesn't know how to behave with the patients politely and give them good customer service then she should seriously consider finding herself a different job. Poor rating because of the bad reception we got from her otherwise both doctors over there are giving very good service ?
R	Rob C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would advise you to check around for other medical professionals. I wouldn't even come here as a last resort. As they were only doing appointments by phone, the doctor only spent a minute talking to me. After I described my symptoms, only asked me one follow up question, then told me to go to the emergency room. Where I spent 10 hours, only for the emergency doctor to tell me he shouldn't have sent me there. Basically the doctor at this clinic was too lazy or didn't care enough to actually diagnose me, so the easy solution was to pass me off and make me waste my day sitting in emergency for nothing. Terrible practice.
K	Katherine Grunenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Westway Children's Clinic is fantastic. We have been with Dr. Harrington for 3 years. We have also seen Dr. Calpin . Both are very thorough with exams, great with answering questions and overall they just care. The nurses and reception are top notch. Happily have recommeded theses pediatricians and this medical office to expecting parents. I decided to write this today when they fit us in with no appointment scheduled when we urgently needed them too. However this positive feedback is long overdue.
M	M A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call no one answers. I leave a message and they call you back days later. By then I have already found another doctor to attend to my daughter. The receptionist there hung up the phone on me when I told her that they should hire more people. Clearly hit a nerve. If a doctors office cannot call their patients back within a reasonable time or pick up the phone then you clearly are over your head and need new employees. I’ve been going to this place for 12 years now and it’s only been worse as my daughters grown. I do not recommend this place any longer. The staff doesn’t do a good job and they have way too many patients to handle that office.
