★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is always delayed. It doesn't matter if you're the very first person waiting outside 20 minutes. The doctor takes 45 minutes to tend to you. The waiting room is always so warm, in summer its even worse. They don't think in investing a fan. No one should come in good health just looking for a prescription and feel like they want to faint because of how warm it is in the waiting area. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you as you enter. A hello would be nice and helpful to know what the first step at the office is; whether it would be signing in or telling them that your due for an appointment. The place opens at 9 and the doctor comes in at 10:40a.m. Very professional. The staff could use training in how to address patients and give them actual eye contact, and at least pertend they like their jobs while at their jobs. 1/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Doctors given seen both Dr. Sofia and Mahmood they always take thier time to really explain any medical attention you need. The front reception have been very pleasant. So worth the wait. They have taken care of my whole family and are very patient has they need me to help them translate. They really take thier time to take care of thier patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Left there and the LADY that assisted at the door was kind ( 3 STARS FOR HER ) . The OTHER lady at the desk was not helpful. I CAME TO TAKE OUT STITCHES OUT MY FINGER , _ ( i EXPLAINED WHAT THE HOSPITAL TOLD ME TO TELL THEM) - HEALTH CARD EXPIRED BUT NEED STITCHES OUT .. THEY TOLD ME " NO THE DOCTOR HAS TO BE PAID " ... LITTLE DO THEY KNOW I HAD MONEY IN HAND TO PAY, I JUST NEEDED THEM OUT. NOW IM HERE TAKING THEM OUT MYSELF CAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP. - Ill post pictures when done .
Repost, I took em out myself ! Very easy and took 2 mins TOPS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic since 2017 and I am so disappointed at the lack of service today. I went to their website to book a virtual appointment with Dr Dr Elahi received a confirmation that she was available. I signed in today for my appointment waited 5 minutes no Dr called the clinic and was informed the Dr wasn’t available today. Receptionist then said they weren’t using the virtual service anymore and would have someone look into the website. I asked for the Dr’s availability reception says not sure and call terminates on there end. I called back several times finally got through and advised we were speaking and you hung up? Receptionist teresely claims she didn’t claims technical difficulties no apology. Tried to book appointment asked for Dr availability call terminates again on their end. I called back AGAIN advised again was hung up on asked for availability of Dr was told to call back on Friday after being hung up on so much. Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern. Three times is disrespect for patients. I still don’t have an appointment . Unless they go back to the service levels of 2017 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called and spoke to this person over the phone. Tried booking an appointment for my mom who’s a visitor in Canada. I asked if they can book someone who’s in a visitor status. First she said they don’t do walk in. Then I asked if I can book an appointment. Then she said they don’t accommodate visitors and mentioned how it is $110 for a phone call and if I want to book it. If not I should go somewhere else. Entire statement was confusing. Judging by the conversation, she probably thought I won’t be able to afford this $110 and I should check somewhere else. I don’t know her name but this lady was super rude.

I understand that things can get a bit hectic with people waiting and with their problems etc. But I was treated very nice, I felt comfortable and relaxed, I also have patience and I had my issue fixed with a checkup afterwards. I would go back here in a heartbeat if I had to and would also recommend others.It is more a doctor's office than walk in clinic. ???
