He is kind , considerate and careing. He takes the time to explain to you condition and situation , if you take the time to listen. I highly recommed him and his services. My family is grateful and thanks him for his continuing services.
S	S Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While majority of the Doctors at this clinic are spectacular, the front desk staff falls short other then one or two of the full time ladies. It is impossible to get through to make an appointment. Either the phone hangs up on you after pressing 1 or you wait for 20 minutes to be hung up on. The mail box is almost always full , and even if it’s not ; no one will return a call. An online booking system should really be implemented as its more efficient , easier for the patients and will let the people answering the phones who clearly don’t want to be doing it do something they enjoy more.

I needed to speak with a specialist and get a prescription filled, I called multiple times, with lots of patience from my end and theirs, the staff was able to help me. Thank you lots!

He charges patients extra money for simple things such as notes they must provide to the government to prove they are dying. He only cares about money. Disgusting person. Don’t go to him even if he is the last doctor in this world available to see. DISGUSTING.

There’s no book online option (probably because it would preclude the need to have them uselessly sitting at the desk avoiding the phones). It’s a shame because Dr. pawlina is an amazing doctor and unfortunately the only way to see her is to spend an 8 hour work day trying to book an appointment. I can’t tell you how many times my requisitions or results never made it to the doctors hands. The admin staff is by far the worst in all of Toronto at this location.

The receptionists are always rude when I go and every time I call they are never kind and always want to rush through to end the call. I’ve only stuck around because of my doctor, Dr.Niakan. But I really hope you guys encourage the receptionists to be better or simply replace them. They’re making the clinic look very bad.

She said he's not available and I can't see another doctor and she doesn't think he will call me to make an appointment. I asked her why and she said "whatever" to me. I was very polite on phone and it's not right for secretaries to be treating patients like this when they are just calling to make an appointment. They don't care about patients or respect at this office and it's unfortunate they treat patients this way. Dr. Toma just lost 4 patients from my family because of one rude secretary.
