H	Hazel S.A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very displeased with this location. Initially receptionist rant on me for not having my previous ultrasound in this place as they short of staff also. Then she booked an appointment for me 11:30am. Then called me the day before the appointment that my appointment is scheduled at 12:00 instead of 11:30 without giving me a reason as to why it was changed. Receptionist told me to come 10-15mins early for my appointment then when i got to the place receptionist told me they are delay so i have to wait 30 mins more. More than 30mins had passed. seriously not even very good in communication and just talking like she is a boss. Hope you ask your ob gyne to send you to other place so you won’t experience the same thing.
R	Rebecca Guitar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an ultrasound done last week. Have to say the technician was extremely nice and gentle but that was the only good part of it. I had to drink 5 cups of water an hour before the appointment, but when I got there the receptionist had to consult with 3 other people who worked there about billing info which wouldn't have been a big deal except I had to use the bathroom very badly which I couldn't until after the ultrasound. Then once that was figured out and they begun it was revealed I drank too much water.... The worst part of it all I wasn't allowed to see the screen which made me fear the worst, that my baby didn't have a heartbeat. When she saw I was upset she showed me the heart beat quickly and printed out a few pictures. I will not be going back just for that last reason alone, it was nerve racking being without my partner and her not showing the screen (like was done in my previous pregnancy). It also seems like they're using old machines
K	Kyshané Allana Fleming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at this ultrasound clinic last Wednesday. I can definitely say I enjoyed my experience, thanks to the ultrasound technician Irina. The moment I walked into the room she introduced herself and what to expect from the appointment. In addition visual hand hygiene was done before the start, and she made me feel very comfortable by literally telling me everything that is being done. Thank you again Irina for a good experience.

Once I got to my appointment, the technician took my phone (which was in my pocket), harassed me by yelling that I had an attitude problem based on me asking as to why she wanted my phone. The tech continued to berate me despite me asking her to stop multiple times. Then the tech ripped the paper from me, slammed down the ultrasound equipment, and refused to do my ultrasound. The worst part is, the chief executive that called after I file a complaint made excuses for the staff and said she would "talk" with them. The staff completely lied about the incident in the examination room. When I asked how I would know if she talked to them. She said that I won't and that she could lie to me that she did if she wanted to. When I asked her to follow up with me after she apparently "talks" to the staff... she hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE.

She is rude to almost all the patients she encountered while I was in the waiting area. Very condescending, Has a tone and speaks to you as tho you are a burden. I did not appreciate how she spoke to my family member. Very unacceptable. The doctor. The ultrasound doctor who looked after us was not welcoming or professional at all. He continued to add to the lack of care we felt from the receptionist. His tone and attitude made us feel small or stupid. I would not recommend this place to others.
T	Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience of my life. It was my first ultrasound and I was very nervous already, the technician was very rude and not helpful at all. I was shaking the whole time and technician was not communicating as well. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I needed X-rays and Ultrasound today and everyone on the team was friendly and professional. They were punctual, and the Ultrasound technologist took the time to explain to me the bones and tendons in my thumb. I’m very appreciative for the excellent service by all members.
