★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been the worse service I have ever received for an ultrasound. The technician and the secretary are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not respect the time you book your appointment. They show preferential treatment by having others who speak the same language as them go before you even if your appointment is first. Overall I would not recommend nor go to this ultrasound place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. If I could give no stars I would.
I use to come here and get my prenatal ultrasounds done by a male tech named Kenny. He was amazing, made the experience memorable.
But this time around ... under new management. Horrible. My appoitment was 40 mins late. I was almost in tears because I had to pee so bad. When I get into the ultrasound the lady didn't know what she was doing. She told me you're maybe 7 maybe 8 or 9 weeks pregnant. I see a flicker but I don't know if it's the heartbeat. I had just been into the hospital a week before that and measured 8 weeks. And after I explained that to the tech she goes oh ya 154 bpm. She brought my husband in and said here's your baby that thing right there. I was never allowed to look at the screen and when I asked for a picture she told me she didn't know how to print. Who let you graduate school?
I nearly lost my mind...
Absolutely the worst place ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. An hour wait after booking the appointment. They should hire a better technician for the ultrasound!! It seems like the technician lady was unfriendly and was not happy with her job. Would never suggest anyone to go there. Nothing hygenic in the clinic... sorry to say but worst experince ever.

Do not go there if you care about your health and safety!
Insanely long wait times. No cups to drink water!
When you go inside with the technician you can smell food(most of the times). And, don't be surprised if you get 2 technicians or I should say "trainees" talking out loud in their own language! So offensive! They won't tell you anything if you ask being a patient, but they will discuss everything in front of you to the other person in the room without your permission. How does that make sense? No manners to ask!
Its very stuffy and suffocating in general. The place looks rundown.
You can see gowns and stuff all over the floor(Is this a health facility??? I have been here a few times with relatives and alone, same everytime!!)
Called to ask about results after my doctor said they haven't received the results(this is not a week later, this is few months after I was here).
Do not recommend at all!
Avoid if you care about your health!
Go somewhere else, do yourself a favour!
And in case you do go there, take a roll of toilet paper with you as they never have one !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the staff there,Shivangi was the best of them all she truly care about the customers and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required.I did get to meet the rest of the team but shivangi outweigh them all.
She comes highly recommend and anyone would be so lucky to have her as their employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't even give this place a star, if I had that choice. The customer service is utterly disgusting. My sister had an ultrasound appointment for 11:30 am and she had to wait for over 3 hours to get inside. Mind you that she needed to drink a lot of water and could not eat prior to her appointment. Due to her having to wait for so long, she had to use the bathroom and then had to repeat the process over again as they were not taking her in. This place needs to be reported and honestly should not be operating. The workers here are disgustingly rude and do not care about the patients. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

I recently went in for an ultrasound and had the smoothest experience ever. Aron, in particular, was super welcoming and made the atmosphere very comforting!.
There was barely any wait time and Aron had me in and out within minutes.
would highly recommend this place for those who want fast and professional service.
