I return 3 hrs later he hands me the iPad on 1% soon as I unlocked it to inspect it dies he tells me to take it home and if there’s any issues to call him because his charger would take too long
So I charged it in the car on my way home Turns out there’s 2 black dots on the screen
I call him right away to let him know and he tells me that it was fine when he inspected it and that I must’ve dropped it or sat on it etc
Poot excuse for a business
All of this within 20mins of leaving
Never will I recommend this place to friends or family again there’s plenty of other shops in the same plaza !!!

I went to get my s7 fixed he told me outright he can't fix it because it's too risky. He didn't even look at my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. This man threatened to fight me and swore at me. I had a charging port replaced here and since then my reception went really weak. Went in to inquire about why and the owner got agitated and basically said I was lying. Told me to **** off. I spoke back and he threatened to fight. Horrible service. Horrible parts. Incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I didn't think I would've made a review but I insisted I would, to make sure everyone is aware. To put very breifly, the customer service was very poor, all my questions were not answered, and when I called to ask again they hung up. Do yourself a favor, in that same plaza there are many other places to get good service and positive service.
My advice to the owner/employees:
Please take a course on customer service or/and how to speak to people like a decent human being so that maybe customers might leave positive reviews and increase your customer count!

The guy came to my front door to pick up my phone and delivered it right back..the customer service was excellent Friendly and on time. The price is very reasonable and with fast service. In 2 hours my broken phone was new again and was on point. Thank you am smiling again .....best place to go
