★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a place to get all my pregnancy ultrasounds done and I'm so glad I found this place! Convenient, with parking, AMAZING staff, super flexible to get appointments, minimal waiting time, new equipments.
I was given a couple of nice, very clear prints of my baby, even before I asked.
The person assisting me was so sweet and caring, made us feel very welcomed and seems genuinely happy to be doing that!
My new go-to place! Will recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first pregnancy ultrasound and was super nervous! I didn't know where to go so I went to first floor first, the lady was super nice and told me to go downstairs, I went and the second reception lady was nice as well, and in the next couple minutes I was in the room for my ultrasound, the technician was very nice and said congratulations, i am going back for another in a couple weeks! Hopefully I get the same lady!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond disappointed with service here. Appointment was booked weeks in advance. To accommodate their technicians time I was changed from afternoon to morning appointment on the same day. They had called 4 times that week to confirm the new time and confirmed it was the same date. When I show up for the appointment with a full bladder and blood work to follow, they told me it was changed to the following day and nothing they could do about this. I will never be returning here or referring here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is definitely the best diagnostic place in toronto.The receptionist Sudha is amazing ,the service they provide to the patients is extraordinary.The lady who did my ultrasound was also very very nice and sweet and have a very loving gesture.I went many places previously but this place exceeds everything.Well done ! I would recommend for pregnant women specially,trust me they are so kind!

The wait was a bit long but to be fair, I walked in for an appointment. In comparison to the other clinics in the community, they've given me a top tier experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my appointment here for my 20 week pregnancy ultrasound and I was so impressed with the experience. Right from the very beginning of when I booked my appointment over the phone, the receptionist was very warm and answered all my questions with patience. Then the day of my appointment, again, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I waited no more than 2mins before being called in and the ultrasound technician was so nice and professional. She truly made my husband and my experience very special. It's our first baby and when she showed us the ultrasound screen she was very excited for us and took her time to point out what we were looking at. She then printed the most amazing pictures for us afterwards.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is incredible. Clean, kind & professional, what more could you want? Thank you for making our ultrasound such a wonderful experience to look back on.
