★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two months have passed and my family physician has not received report of my ultrasound - i was under the impression that no news is a good news that's why i have not heard anything from my physican but when i visited him one day to get a refill i found out that he never received any report from them. I called and left them a voice mail and there is no response. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and friendly service. I called ahead to gather an understanding of whether an appointment was required for an xray and my call was answered promptly and answers were answered effectively. The gentleman who took my xray was friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-in appointments for X-Rays. The X-Ray office is located down stairs and you could access through the lift provided. The staff is kind and polite. The parking entrance is from Royal York Rd. The entrance through Summitcrest Drive is one way and is only an exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Royal view x-ray today. I first called to inquire about whether or not I would need a new requisition to go here the lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I got all the information I needed including the closing and lunch hours incase I came and no one was there and much more pleased with our conversation I made sure I went in and was greeted with the same energy ? I got called in and the xray technician made me feel comfortable and relaxed and was able to give some insightful knowledge it was the first in a very long time that I went somewhere and the customer service was amazing.
