I have a few mortgages with TD and a few accounts so you would think they would be helpful but they are only interested in selling new business not maintaining old business. I go to the Wincott branch now it is much better Philis is a gem. I wish I could give Teagas and all the others working at Royal York 0 stars but google forces me to give them 1. In fairness some of the advisors in the back are ok but if you need to do everyday banking stay away from Royal York and Summit Crest TD!!!!!!!
S	Sherry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is quite busy and I hear people complaining about the line.. However, there are always plenty of staff on the frontline and the advisors there are good. There is young man in particular who has excellent customer service and is extremely good at explaining things. He makes you feel very welcome. He even offered me a cup of water and constantly smiled throughout our appointment. This is the reason why I give five out of five stars.
G	Gyre Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a TD customer most of my life. Today, I had a prearranged estate meeting to close my parents account. They refused to allow me to use the washroom. That's very unprofessional for a business meeting. On top of that, it was pouring rain outside.
R	Rent With Pros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a TD customer for a long time and never had a major problem on any other branch even outside Toronto, however this particular branch is really not the place to go if you need more serious bank request. Branch manager (or pretend to be the manager), is a lady (I don't want to put her name here) you never wants to file a complain about. I think she might have someone inside back office that have her supported. In one incident after I had a terrible experience with her I went to Richview branch and asked them to help me file a complain and got call from TD Customer for apology and I thought all was fine until I went back to this branch again and had to request something that she had to sign. She kept me waiting for 45 minutes even after I ask couple of time and then she told me that it is her lunch time, any how at the end she told me that I have to bring 2 pieces of Photo ID which means I had to take my passport with me. Never seen this before in this country and can't imagine a large bank like TD this happens. Shared the experience with couple of neighbour and everyone said same thing about this branch and they said best is to go to Richview plaza branch.

Due to work commitments and limited banking hours I was not able to go to the branch until Saturday. When I got there I was not able to complete the transaction and was forced to wait a half hour after standing in a long line. I believe it was due to a very inexperienced manager . I can understand why both of the individuals we used to deal with and were amazing (Johnny and Ariel) have left this branch.
V	Viktor Sheruda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Friday to order some cash. Was standing in the line for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then my teller told me I can come and pick it up on Thursday. I said it's almost a week, are you kidding me? He tried to ask someone else to get it sooner. I guess he asked his manager. Manager didn't even try to do something or at least make me feel better. Like sorry or something. Just said " you are not going to get it until Thursday for sure!" I said it almost closing time, I don't have enough time to get to another branch. They didn't care that I was wasting my time in line in their branch. I visited this branch only like three times and always spend 20 - 30 minutes in line. Even if there is only few people. I have been at TD customer for over twenty years. Have a lot of different accounts including business and mortgage and always was happy with Td. Definitely never coming back to Royal York branch! Went on Saturday to Queensway location and got it ready to pick it up on Monday.
R	Robert Townshend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch in the country. No acknowledgement when you enter. Nobody at the desk. Very difficult tellers. Too bad, under the old manager this was a great branch. It has gone down hill. I now go to another branch and get excellent service. I'll never use this branch again, ever.
