The manager here decided to blow off her call of duty. This is an embarrassing display of service for CIBC, two days in a row. There's no question I'll be changing banking services after this.

By far the worst bank, the people there are so rude they only care about taking your money When you have a problem or question about your money they just want to kick you out, please do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere go with a different bank they are all bad but some treat you better

Why is the manager never there or at least someone to deputy him. I was trying to see the manager as I was trying to have my account closed and redirected to him for that. They never pick up their phone or return voice emails either and this doesn't apply to the general helpline but even the banking centre's extension which is 222.

you can not reach the branch by phone . bad communication habit, they cancel the appointment in last minute. seems like they are not thinking about the customers time management.

Excellent customer service provided by Kapil. He always finds the right answer for me. Kapil was recommended to me by my daughter several years ago. My son seeks his advice too. He is knowledgeable, timely in his replies and friendly to deal with.

Stood in line for 20 minutes with no tellers at their desks. Staff was walking around and socializing while I stood in line. Not once did staff acknowledge me the entire time I waited. I guess this is common here as a lady came in after me and asked how long I was waiting for. When she heard 10 minutes she said " not again" and walked out. I wonder if the TD down the road would be a better option for banking.

I wish I could rate this branch β€œzero stars”. After conferring with CIBC’s customer service department earlier in the day by phone, I went in to this branch on October 17 at 6:45 pm to open an account to transfer money from my Visa (I had overpaid my Visa card). I had been told I did not need to book an appointment. There was ONE teller working. With no explanation, the teller referred me to the bank manager who told me she β€œdidn’t have much time to help me” because she had an appointment at 7. She then told me to come to her office. While following her to her office I asked why I had to go to her office as I just wanted to open a simple account. She whirled around to face me and told me she was β€œdoing me a favour”, and that’s how it was done -! I was stunned at her attitude and anger, told her she was extremely rude and that I didn’t want an account after all, and I turned to walk out. She followed me, exclaiming that she was not rude. I have never in my life encountered such poor people skills and lack of customer service. And now I have to phone CIBC again to ask how to get MY money back!

I find this location has several older experienced individuals working there and they are always willing to look for a solution to your problem and make you happy. This place can get pretty busy and you wait and wait and wait since its quite small, but you get good service hence my 4 star as opposed to 5 star review.
